Premier Inn Guildford North (A3)

The hotel was okay you’re joining. Restaurant was very understaffed and we decided to eat somewhere else because it was taking far too long to be served with any drink. Drinks let alone waiting for food when we spoke to the manager, he basically said it is what it is. We felt sorry for the staff who clearly stressed and overworked.

In town centre, very convenient. Beefeater is next to the hotel. Difficult to find the reception but after all nice experience. Good value.

Very polite staff. Room was very spacious. I never have a fault with Premier Inn. Location was perfect for what I needed. Carpark fairly large. Having a beefeater next door was a bonus. Right next door to the Spectrum Leisure Centre so good for bowling, swimming etc. Town centre is approx a 15 minute walk

Simple. Cleanliness not great. Not too pricey but would not come back because it he toilets were not cleaned enough. The highlight was the bed and the parking. They also never answer the phone at reception. The location is ok. Overall it’s good value for £ but too dirty for my liking

Went 2 have breakfast at the premier inn and we got ignored although they could see us and waited ages and in the end we had 2 go and ask sumone ..the restaurant very out dated and staff wore clearly unhappy and not very helpful when you asked 4 sumthing ..very disappointed as bn to many premier inns and this one is the worst restaurant

The overall experience was very disappointing. Our room needed a complete refurb. There was mold on the walls around the window.The double glazing bars of our window had disintegrated. There was paint flaking from the ceiling and the soap dispensers in the bathroom were rusty. Also the USB points either side of the bed weren't working. Breakfast was a complete shambles! Admittedly it was a busy Easter weekend and the couple of staff that were there were trying to keep on top of things. But when we arrived there was only a couple of pieces of hot food, no bread for toast, hot drink machine not working, juice dispensers were empty and only 1 or 2 clean tables to sit at. I could go on!! We have stayed in several Premier Inns over the years but sadly after this experience we will be going elsewhere!.
