Booked a room here because it was cheap, my wife and I were going to see Sarah Millican in Guildford and just wanted a place to crash. First impressions were that its a good bar with friendly locals and staff and well kept beer. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, lovely fluffy towels. The food looked good so we ate at the Holroyd rather than go out in town and it was delicious. After the Millican gig we came back instead of drinking in town, again because we liked the place, quality live music going on, had an excellent night. Would definately stay here again if we're back in the area and have even discussed coming up for a weekend break. Really good quality, really good value.

Dinner for two was lovely, stayed overnight with dinner and brew included. Elisa who served was fantastic, made us feel very welcome and couldn’t have been more accommodating, the extra effort made the evening very enjoyable. If we are in the area again we will definitely come back.

After visiting Edinburgh, I went back to Surrey and stayed at this hotel, because I booked in the country and wanted to stay one more night, but there was no room. It is a 15-minute walk from the University of Surrey and close to Risari Railway Station Along the way, you can enjoy the English country style, quiet environment and fresh air. Breakfast is subject to additional charges.

Facilities: mini version of bathroom sink Hygiene: It’s pretty clean (I didn’t look carefully at night) Environment: I live in Room 66 on the first floor. Outside the window are the parking lot, corridor and garbage station; Service: On the day of check-in, I encountered a group of people having a party in the parking lot outside the room window. They made a lot of noise in the parking lot. I couldn't stand it and went to the front desk to ask for a room change. They were told that the room was full and they didn't do anything. It didn't quiet down until two o'clock.

We had our wedding at the towers on the 28/7/24, and it really was the most incredible amazing day! They staff were just fantastic. Big shout out to Evie for behind the scenes, Mitch behind the bar (and another lady but. I can’t remember her name) Imogen in the morning for sorting everything, Steve the toastmaster, Steve the DJ, click our amazing band, and Brad who treated us like royalty. He was just incredible, attentive and wouldn’t let us worry about a thing! So the chef was outstanding, everyone commented on the food! And lastly the venue itself, unbelievable! Just beautiful. We will be coming back to stay here yearly. Only criticism I have is booking the rooms, it was quite stressful for guests to book at times, many had no confirmation emails, and they were sent out automated emails not intended for them. I really think this system needs changing and looking into. Thank you so much to the De Vere team for making our wedidng dreams come true!
