1.服務態度極其差勁，2衞生設施方面也不好，地毯非常臟，這些我也不想説什麼了，但是到退房時間居然沒有通知客人，過後超時了才打電話説要扣錢，實際我凌晨兩點多就走了。非常不好這點，前台人員應當培訓一下了。還説什麼打了房間電話，人都走了打房間電話有個diao用，後面又知道打我手機?
