自駕一個多月體驗最差的一家酒店。果然攜程的評分還是很有參考性的。酒店外觀挺氣派，裏面很老舊。大堂隱蔽點的地方包括地下停車場都堆了很多雜物。首先住17樓電梯按鍵壞了，然後進到房間發現很重的煙味。（因為我訂單備註了要無煙房）就打電話換房間。清潔阿姨很不高興，説你不住不要把東西放床上，我難得搞衞生。（進去的時候順手把手提的小包放床上了）,行李還在門口。換了房間，想多要兩瓶水燒茶（房間衹有兩支水），被保潔説，你們用水太大了。第一次見酒店衣服可以晾在過道，推開門就看見，電梯裏放着垃圾桶，整個酒店瀰漫著一股黴味和臭味。晚上睡覺，拿起枕頭髮現下面的沒有換枕套。因為自己帶了枕頭，不想找他們了。避雷避雷！

房間裏設施還可以，環境也還行，停車很方便，有一個大大的停車場。衹是在前台可以訂包三餐的，比我這樣單訂房間划算多了😅😅吃飯如果在酒店點餐，上菜太慢了，味道很一般。

環境很好，前台很客氣，還給我升級了房型。已經入住多次，每次回桂東都住這裏，早餐也不錯，當年結婚也是這裏擺酒，哈哈哈

家人去度假，住在這個酒店很方便，旁邊就是三台山公園，很好散步，適合長者家和家人旅遊。房間也很大，就是酒店有點老化了，老闆可以裝修一下。桂東夏天真的很舒適。

全國各地出差旅遊住過很多的酒店，玲瓏王的管理真的很細緻，尤其在床品的選擇上面很用心，這次國慶帶了外地20多個朋友過來家鄉旅遊，依然選擇了入住玲瓏王酒店，還有汽車充電樁，太好了

下午辦理入住還有空調，晚上關門關窗蓋被子入睡，半夜兩點全家在罐頭房間被熱醒，服務員説空調沒壞，我下去找前台小哥正一臉愜意的刷手機説空調修理中。等了十來分鐘，值班經理姍姍來遲，被告知酒店在凌晨12點準時關中央空調。我們的帶着孩子，熱出一背的汗，解決問題的方式就是讓服務員給我送來了不能擺風風扇，吹吹就好。負責人跟我説，我們桂東很涼快，晚上不用空調。早餐9點半結束，客人還在用9點15分服務員過來把燈全關掉。攜程金鑽會員這些年，花了這些錢，從未住過如此環保的酒店，願酒店把電費省下來，給酒店老闆堆成金山銀山。客人不要太苛刻了，小縣城青山綠水涼快得很，還要什麼空調，睡不着怕熱是客人自己的問題罷了。
