一直在計劃暑期家庭旅行，選到這裏很偶然，老實説桂東並沒有宣傳中的涼爽，不過來的這天正好下雨，夜裡和早晨談不上涼，衹能説不熱，酒店的自然環境很棒沒得説，雖是大山深處但除蚊除蟲做得不錯，硬件也好，房屋間有合理的距離，設施看得出是做了長期打算，空調和地暖都配置了且效果不錯。不足的有幾點：1、提供的活動很少，客人能玩的也不多，活動範圍不大，住一天還好，第二天就該無聊了。2、服務員數量太少了，就那三個年輕人服務這麼多房間，單建羣回消息就夠費時的，哪可能面面俱到，現有的活動都基本靠客人自助，我看到公路深處還有房屋在建設，路牌上顯示還有温泉在建，也許以後活動能多點，但服務員數量得跟上才行。2、吃的自由度很低，飯菜要預約，最近的村子也有幾公里遠且沒有小賣部，因此沒有外賣，來這裏的不是情侶就是親子，夜裡只有共享ktv和看電視，夜生活也過於“單調”了，考慮下提供宵夜吧。3、看似從沙田鎮下高速到酒店只有20多公里卻要花50多分鐘，可見山路有多難開，其中最窄的一段20分鐘左右，只有單車道，沒有超過30米的直線段，全是視線不佳的山路，連續雨天還有少量塌方，開這段的神經高度緊張，休息充足出山還好，如果是遠道而來開了三四小時高速再進山，那是真的累。當然這個沒法改了，衹能説假設山路少一半我相信酒店回頭客會多很多。整體來説住一天是滿意的，小孩子很新奇，但是不具備連住的理由。
