酒店設施維護不太行，地板都拱起來了，陽台推拉窗壞了扣不上，馬桶圈也是壞的。窗簾臟得都粘手了。最令人不解的是面湖的陽台隔起來無法直面湖景。這是什麼腦回路？房間很小，住起來確實不太舒服。但是前台，保安大叔，保潔阿姨都非常熱情客氣。這點還是很讚的。

暑假是旺季，服務明顯跟不上節奏。説是衹能三點入住，實際是四點了才給我們鑰匙，鑰匙拿到了打開房間裏面還沒搞衞生，床單被套都還沒有套好。真正放好行李都快五點了。這不是一個房間這樣哦，是我們訂的三個房間都是如此。最搞笑的是，説第二天有領導入住，讓我們提前到11點必須退房，説是補償一張小童劵……大家是缺這一張小童券嗎？
衞生也是很糟糕，沙發上都是大大的黑腳印。
勉強可以的就是餐廳的菜價了，相較於景區環境來説，還不算太貴。但是早餐又很拉胯，專門問了服務員，説是早上早餐到九點半，但是九點去就什麼都沒有了，問還能不能上一點，説上不了了。最後我看服務員自己拿着碗去吃早餐，也是吃不到什麼，估計都是餓着肚子在工作……
唯一好的就是景了，真的是浪費了這麼好的風景和空氣。
總之整體就是管理混亂，旺季服務員根本忙不過來，服務也談不上，還要時不時接待上級壓下來的任務，服務員又沒有接待的經驗，跟客人解釋的時候就直接説有領導要來包場休假，很不專業。
平時基本不評論，主要也是希望這家民宿不要浪費了桂東的好山好水。
不過如果來萬洋山玩的話，還是建議住在這裏，因為住店的才能直接開車上山，會方便很多，特別是帶長者孩子的家庭。也建議住在民宿區，能躺在床上看星空和日出。

老婆選的，我們從廣州出發，驅車五個多小時到達，入住雲海樹屋，房間風景超預期，在暑期更是驚喜的性價比。山中棧道徒步體驗也是超預期，隱世感滿分。全員服務熱情，部分崗位能看出是暑期工，眼睛裏都帶着稚嫩和緊張☺️
晚上參加了篝火晚會，受到了郴州電視台的採訪，和 1 米九的哪吒和 1 米 7 的女敖丙跳了藏族廣場舞，讓我想起了香格里拉四方街的快樂。
跳完舞回來在湖邊有個唱 Ktv 的，旁邊有個酒吧，歌者顯然沒有 I 人，當然我倆更不是，在星空下山海邊，唱上一首山丘，一首天空，同其他遊人相互叫好，很有意思。
---------好的，分割線來了--------
1.房間裏沒有咖啡機，也沒有泡茶套裝，衹有袋茶😅在房間裏真是幹呆著看美景。
最驚的是餐廳裏也沒有😳長者家都不喝咖啡？
2.早餐雲海樹屋這邊也要跑去餐廳吃，有車接這功夫...送一下體驗感不更強，賣的不是房間看日出嗎🤣其實這個入住時候給中西餐兩個標準送餐或去餐廳吃客人自選不就完了，個人覺得你房費再貴點住這邊的也不會在意。
3.這個我頭一次遇到讓多給兩瓶礦泉水時候要收費，六元並不是問題，但真是頭一次遇到。
風景和全員的熱情非常滿意，雖然有細節不盡人意，但相信這些都能做到更好，針對部分房型的差異化運營畢竟成本並不高😄👌

環境很好，在懸崖邊上，可以躺着看日出，看雲海。開擺渡車黃師傅和前台朱小姐，態度很好，熱心，熱情。酒店飯菜可口，不貴。性價比高。

環境絕對值回票價，説實話這個酒店去之前沒有太大的期待，上山之後一路覺得太划得來了，雖然過程中房間有一些小插曲，總體還是很不錯的。
