1.説實話經常出差基本都會問前台要個刮鬍子刀，一代是唯一一次被拒絕的説咱們酒店不提供需要的可以無人售賣櫃自己購買，電梯門口就是售賣櫃缺失挺會做生意，但説實話做為消費者我有點不背認同（發自個人感受可能已經習慣被拒絕會有失落感）2.環境衞生不是很理想可能收拾阿姨沒有打掃好衞生還有上個顧客遺留的牙具入住的時候地面全是濕的！3.晚上一樓大堂全是煙味附近全部是燒烤導致！

環境一般，天太熱了送了綠豆湯，房間比較智能，有一次性洗臉巾，衞生也挺乾淨的。樓下也比較方便有很多吃的。

第一次過來入住，前台小姐姐熱情還贈送小零食，下午又送下午茶，房間乾淨衞生，體驗感非常不錯，出門吃東西也方便，下次過來還繼續入住！

因為同學在這裏，所以經常來貴定，蘭歐是目前我覺得在貴定住的最舒服的酒店，前台兩位小姐姐周到熱情，房間乾淨整潔。房間裏面準備有咖啡和茶，前台小姐姐還貼心的送了一袋零食作為茶點，窗外是河景，真心覺得好，才給大家推薦
