定了該酒店連續兩天的同一房型，入住當天到酒店辦理入住十分混亂，可以説是無組織無紀律，下午2點20點辦理完入住後，前台第一句話“麻煩你們稍等一小時，還在打掃衞生”，然後，重點來了，前台的下一句，更是震驚四座，“還麻煩你們明天換一下房間”，可以説入住的第一時間，就對這間酒店已經毫無好感可言，對於酒店後台房控的失誤，前台沒有一點的歉意，沒有一絲的慚愧，從他們嘴巴講出來講得這麼自然，我們立刻表示了不同意，但是前台的態度是“我不是和你商量，我們衹是通知你”。該酒店奇葩的事情接下來更是數不勝數，奇葩一，房間的客廳是公共的，毫無私隱可言，奇葩二，連續入住兩天，酒店不會給你打掃衞生，是怎麼給前台講，也不會有人來，到第二天晚上8點才來收拾垃圾。奇葩三，床單上有血跡，浴缸未有打掃的痕跡，奇葩四，早餐的品類和這個房價相比起來，是這麼的寒酸。總之這家酒店給人入住後的感受是，酒店本身定位不清晰，酒店管理和酒店服務完全沒有，總結，管理人員和營運人員是一幫草台班子。

衞生間非常大，私湯很好。膠囊咖啡，茶，都有，水也是隨喊隨到。服務很好，尤其餐廳，環境好菜品非常好吃，來的時候天氣一直下雨非常潮，床品也沒有感覺有異味，這點非常贊。户外健身房也很好。
設施：齊全先進。
衞生：優秀
環境：非常美，每個角度都很好看。
服務：一流服務，人都很高素質。

五星級的設施，五星級的服務，贊！金海雪山花開的季節，有車到高鐵站接送，免去自己出行的不便，下午茶很用心，水果很新鮮，早餐的包子和麪條非預製食品，房間裏的插花居然是真花，服務人員態度親切，管家式服務無微不至，推薦！推薦！

很棒的親子度假體驗！酒店環境非常適合帶孩子，後花園超出片，有個很大的草坪讓大人可以適當放鬆。房間寬敞舒適，視野開闊，小朋友很喜歡。最驚喜的是服務，很照顧家庭旅客，入住時就準備了歡迎水果，孩子最愛的小吃讓他開心不已。工作人員還幫我們預約了精油浴，細節滿滿。早餐選擇豐富，連小朋友都能找到自己喜歡的食物。整體體驗舒適愉快！

特別舒服的一趟旅程。從入住開始就感受到酒店的服務，現在大概是旺季，也沒有太過吵鬧的人羣，可以在草坪邊和蘇式園林逛一逛。管家Arion特別細心，小小年紀就已經特別優秀，會提前問要不要訂私湯選項和餐廳這些。希望下次可以有更多時間來躺。

先説優點：酒店新，設施過關，房間私湯比較大，床上用品不錯。徽派園林景觀，位置方便挨着金海雪山景區，有觀光車接送，服務態度比較主動。食材新鮮口感不錯，分量足，下午茶、晚餐和冰箱小食算有誠意。有基本的小童用具。
不足之處：1.服務質量有待提升，服務流程不熟悉，早餐弄錯訂單，品種很有限，達不到房費標準。2.入住前房間準備不充分，比如智能馬桶沒有提前設定好，新房間味道較重，尤其是櫃子抽屜通風不夠。3.禮遇不夠人性化，帶家人過生日申請升個房，回覆説同級別的房型已訂出（但實際是空房狀態，體驗不好）。4.晚上園林景觀沒有燈，啥都看不到，酒店比較小沒啥玩的，完全就是到景區玩順便住一晚的作用。 5.沒有泳池健身房等配套設施。 總體來説，和貴州同等價位的酒店民宿相比，性價比不高，沒有特別驚艷之處，表現平平。
