From the moment you step into the hotel, it feels like you are walking into a perfect fusion of aesthetic space and modern comfort. The hotel is a corridor connecting two Chinese courtyard villas on both sides, and the design is very stylish. Every piece of furniture in the lobby is like a work of art. A shaped bamboo tree next to it complements the gray tiles and white walls, creating a new scene at every step.
The lady at the front desk was warm and considerate, and the porter also took the initiative to hold an umbrella for us when we checked in. The coffee for wake-up call was freshly ground, and the hotel recommended all the local delicacies I asked about. The hotel also has delicious coconut chicken and barbecue party, which doubled the fun!
Then I have to give a thumbs up to the bedding! The down quilt is light and comfortable, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard, perfectly supporting the waist and back. After asking, I found out that it is a custom-made one. The pillow menu offers a variety of choices, and the latex pillow completely cured my bed-addictive syndrome. The feeling of sleeping until waking up naturally is so healing.

這次實在太生氣了，忍不住才差評這家酒店。首先我們是16日晚上9點不到才到達酒店，當時問了下有沒有房間升級服務，前台回覆都滿房了，1間沒剩，結果到房間後我查了下攜程還有在售的房間，你不給我升級就應該直接回復我不能升級，我也會理解。幹嘛要説全酒店都滿房呢？？這是什麼意思？？
其次我們是來旅遊漂流，難免有些濕透的衣物，問管家洗衣服務，居然回答洗衣液沒有了，買了還沒到貨，第一次遇到酒店居然沒洗衣液！！！沒貨了你們不會就近去直接買啊。
然後需要用到指甲鉗，管家回覆冷漠：直接就是“沒有”兩字，而不是會問客人可不可以用剪刀之類的，或者去想辦法為客人解決問題。酒店就是這樣培訓管家的？？問什麼都是敷衍回答！
問了早餐8:00才開始，是不是太晚了，對於趕飛機的我們大概就用了幾分鐘時間吃。關鍵這是我吃到現在最差的酒店早餐，東西超少，麪包就一種，小餛飩麪條啥都沒。我就吃了2隻雞蛋1個紫薯。三四百的酒店都比你們吃的好的多！！
房間也是真的小，説的面積三十幾，一半差不多給了廁所，真的不知道怎麼設計的。説説就是一包火，還貴定高檔酒店No1 ？？？

進酒店第一感覺就是很舒服的，硬件各方面都很好，也是很新，今年才開的，所以連續住了兩個晚上。但是房間就有些小了，和攜程上圖片有點不一樣，我們房間看出去全是屋頂瓦片，房間裏可以擺放張桌子和椅子。前台服務也是有些欠缺的，沒有笑容，反而餐廳部的服務員都很好很熱情，廚師還因為小朋友不能吃辣另外做了番茄牛肉麪。續住打掃房間的也沒有給加水放置新的日用品，套餐有苗族湯包，也沒見到的，總體來説服務還是要加強，有些小細節很重要

設施：比較新，品質都不錯，連吹風機都是戴森的，因為第一次去，預訂的基礎房型，帶着小孩的，到了個人感覺一家三口稍微小了一丟丟，沒想到還給我們免費升級成了大一點基礎套房，特別舒服。
衞生：收拾的很乾凈，沒有任何異味。
環境：環境很清幽，住的房型私湯池旁邊有一個小吧枱，喝點小茶很愜意，本來就是為了放鬆一下去的，大堂旁邊有一大塊草坪，孩子在裏面跑跑跳跳，超級開心，停車場旁還有一個蘇式園林，散散步也是特別愜意的，吃的也很方便，酒店餐廳餐品精緻，品類多，味道也不錯，酒店對面還有當地的小吃街。
服務：這個得好好説道説道了，我們是週五晚上才到的，剛到大堂門口，前台的美女全程笑臉相迎，微笑服務，主動幫忙拿行李，提前安排餐食和下午茶，有任何問題都會不厭其煩的盡力服務到最好，其實住酒店硬件設施一分價錢一分貨，就那麼回事兒，更多的是體驗服務，酒店服務好，整個行程都會舒心很多，在酒店裡麪遇到的每一個工作人員，都會笑着問好，前台的美女給我印象最深，服務很棒。臨走時還送了一個伴手禮-主人杯😄
