Réception : 2/5 , accueil moyen, le personnel s’intéresse aux origines Services : 1/5 on me demande de transporter les draps et les serviettes à la réception alors que le personnel dispose d’un véhicule électrique pour se déplacer dans la résidence, 2 kits de draps pour trois personnes, trois lits simples; le personnel n’a pas le sens de la clientèle, l’amabilité est à améliorer Confort 2/5: j’avais réservé un logement de 5 places avec 3 lits simples et je me retrouve avec deux petits lits simples et un tiroir

A notre arrivée, un accueil professionnel, agréable.les deux personnes sont sympathiques et donnent de très bons conseils sur les sites à visiter. Les logements sont propres et bien équipés, la résidence est bien entretenue et calme.Proche de la mer vous passerez des vacances reposantes. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Un conseil n arrivez pas avant l heure sous peine d avoir un accueil des plus désagréable pour deux minutes. Au point d avoir envie de ne pas rester mais tout était payé. A reconnaître la rapidité d intervention, la situation par rapport à l océan, la vue. A savoir, il faut traverser une route pour l accès à l océan . L escalier en colimaçon qui va à la chambre est très étroit, le canapé est fatigué. La salle de bain est mini. Cuisine bien équipée. Terrasse minuscule. Prendre vos draps , oreillers et serviettes de toilette

Malgré un emplacement de choix et un bon accueil, il est regrettable de constater une literie avec un matelas insalubre avec des taches et de la moisissure... Apparemment, le matelas ne date pas d'hier... Sans compter qu'il a fallu relaver toute la vaisselle avant utilisation... Il n'y a pas d'entretien. Quel est la solution ? Il achète 4 matelas banquettes z par an a renouveler sur l'ensemble du site et le nôtre n'a pas été renouvelé. Ils ont tout misé sur la piscine. Aucune solution sauf de mettre des draps.🙀
