There were a lot of problems with the room. The lights don't come on and the door handle is missing. There are only two staff at the reception center so it takes a long time to tell them my request. This resort has no advantages other than the terrace view.

Lovely apartments with kitchens to do all your own cooking, and washing. A maid comes each day to clean and make the beds. The pool and surroundings are lovely and plants well looked after, however, the pool on closer inspection is in need of a repaint. We cut our feet on the bumpy sharp surface. Beware! There are free shuttles to the beach and towels when you get there provided by the Terrazas. The golf looked good but is separate to the villas and we did not have the right attire or membership to play. The kids enjoyed kids club. I’d recommend picking up a car if you are going. Supermarkets are so so and a bit far to get taxis to the whole time. The water parks are worth checking out for the kids!

Beautifully appointed apartment with functional layout. The pools were amazing. The golf course was gorgeous. We used the hydrotherapy spa and it was delightful. We ate dinner at Akira~one of the best meals Ive ever had. Check-in and check out were a breeze. Location is central to Las Americas & Los Gigantes & Teide. We only spent a few nights but they were memorable and get the breakfast option-so worth it❤️

The resort is absolutely beautiful and the suites wonderful. The service from Suzana, Rahul and the team was excellent, very attentive. The kids camp was also very good. The suites are the size of an apartment - beautifully furnished and in excellent decorative order. The full kitchen makes cooking an alternative option to the restaurants on site for families with small children. We booked a two bed partial ocean view which probably exceeded expectations with a large stretch of the ocean visible.

Stunning hotel and staff Pools - turn up at 2pm and get one Shuttle - anyway/ everywhere Breakfast is great Been over to playa pariso tonight to a well known hotel - couldn't wait to get back ! Sheree @ Travelbeam recommended this place so glad - think we'll be back same time next yr!

We first visited this resort in 2019 when our children were little. We feel fortunate to have returned as a family to fully enjoy all the incredible facilities available at this most luxurious and relaxing resort with our young adult kids. Everything we loved about the resort - the incredible apartments, the spectacular choice of pools, the beautifully maintained landscape, the welcoming staff, the fun buggy transport and delicious food - were all still of the highest standard. The chilled vibes were even better this time round. We also fully enjoyed the tennis, the beach and golf facilities on site. We were delighted by the addition of the onsite supermarket. It is well stocked and a welcome facility for self- caterers. If I may suggest a greater selection of vegetables as there is a lot of salami / ham / cheese and only a small amount of vegetables or pulses. This resort is really whatever you want it to be - a pool break, a beach break, a golf break, self-catered or half board - but all options to the highest standard with the most professional and warm services throughout the entire team. Perfection. Thank you Las Terrrazas - we will be back!

Very nice hotel for people who do not like crowded places. We liked especially the apartments with 2 bedrooms, the quality of the service and the possibility to eat every night on site. We were particularly satisfied with the service at the Atlantico restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We felt welcome as valuable guests by people who wanted to make us happy !
