This hotel was the worst experience I've ever had! I've never experienced anything like it in any other European hotel. First, our first meal on our arrival was at the hotel restaurant. It took at least ten minutes for us to order, but no one responded. We tried to contact the various staff, but they were all busy trying to take our order. After a long while, we finally managed to place our order. We spent 81 euros on two people for two pastas and a pizza, and then dinner began like a nightmare. Flies swarmed us from all directions, landing on our food in every direction. There were at least twenty of them. We thought it was because we were sitting outside, so we asked to move inside. The situation didn't improve. The food was covered in giant green flies, making it completely unappetizing. So we went back to our room. Second, the room was on the second floor, overlooking the woods. It was incredibly humid. My clothes were soaking wet when I left them on the sofa in the room the next morning. My pants would get wet even if I sat on the sofa for a while. The soundproofing in the hotel was terrible. For some reason, the park played a symphony that afternoon, making it incredibly noisy. That night, there was a constant noise and vibration coming from the room next door. It took two calls to the front desk to resolve the issue. Even more infuriating was the hotel service. First, they didn't replenish any disposable items. After a four-night stay, they didn't even provide new toothbrushes, slippers, or toothpaste. They kept the ones provided on the first day. Of course, since we brought our own supplies, they weren't replenished promptly after use, and we didn't ask for them from the front desk. However, they didn't replace the bath towels after use. I often use bath towels to dry myself after swimming in the hotel, and they were still damp after leaving them in the room overnight. The next day, housekeeping didn't provide new bath towels, leaving us with a completely insufficient supply! That evening, we called the front desk, but they either forgot or for some other reason didn't replenish them, leaving us without clean bath towels that night. The next morning, when we were about to go swimming, we found they still hadn't replenished the towels. The room service car happened to be parked at the door, and when we requested clean bath towels, they refused to give us any? They told us to call the front desk to request them. After nearly half an hour, they finally delivered two bath towels. All in all, it was a very, very outrageous and terrible experience. I experienced all kinds of situations that I wouldn't encounter in an ordinary budget hotel.

The room was not clean and was seriously old. Cockroaches were found.
