Environment: The hotel is so beautiful, the pink castle is easy to be photographed. Hygiene: The room is large and clean, and the toiletries are all big brands. Facilities: The hotel's location is not very advantageous on the island, and generally you will be in the resort area after booking the hotel. There are many large and small swimming pools, and there are restaurants and bars in the lobby and on different floors.

I stayed in resort view for two nights (5.16-18) and ocean view for two nights (5.18-20). Personally, I prefer the view of resort view, and the view of ocean view is just average. Moreover, the air conditioner in the room for the last two nights was broken, and the room was very hot. When we told the front desk about it for the first time, they sent a maintenance worker to fix it. When we came back at night, we found that the air conditioner was not fixed and it was still very hot. We told the front desk again and asked to change the room, but he refused, saying that we would let the maintenance worker go up to fix it again, and if it was not fixed, we could take the next measure. But it was already past 12 o'clock in the evening, and my friend and I were very tired. We waited for a long time for the maintenance worker to come. After he finished the repair, 20 minutes later, there was no change in the room and it was still very hot. We found the front desk again and he agreed to change the room. When we arrived at the new room, we found that the bed type was wrong again (we said it was two beds, but only one big bed was given). We waited for a long time for the room attendant to separate the beds. It was almost 2 o'clock when everything was done. Then the wifi in that room was very bad, with only one bar and sometimes even no wifi. Anyway, the next two nights were really terrible, which ruined all my good impressions of the first two nights at the Ritz!

The hotel is very nice, the service staff is friendly, the breakfast is rich, and the environment is particularly good. The small train and cable car are also quite unique. But the location is far from Los Cristinanos where the main attractions are located. The transportation is not convenient, it is best to rent a car. Also, the bar in the center of the hotel is open until after 12 o'clock and keeps playing music.

I went to Tenerife just for this hotel. I was not disappointed. The pink castle is super beautiful. The weather is also very good. The service is also considerate. You can ask the butler to drive you around the hotel. The breakfast is also very good. I rented it for four nights. It was a very good experience. I will come again next time!
