"It was a great trip, and the hotel was also very good. It was just a few minutes away from the pier. The staff were very welcoming and helped with luggage. The room we booked was close to the street, but it was not noisy at all. The room was very clean. I saw other customers' comments that they paid extra for 4 people staying together, which is normal. The hotel originally calculated the room rate based on the number of people. I hope the hotel will not be prejudiced against Chinese people because of this incident. As always, warm service"

"For a 2-3 day stay - not a bad option. Nearby are 2 beaches and piers for renting boats. Close to the bars for which people come here. New air conditioner, freezes perfectly. A little old linen and towels - but this is not the most important thing here. Daily cleaning. The windows overlooked a busy street, but this is not a problem, but with a view of the mountains. We only slept in the room. This hotel is suitable for this"

"The hotel is very conveniently located, as some hotels are located on a mountain😰. The room is spacious, everything is clean and tidy, the mattress is good, I slept just great👍. The beach is not far, not very noisy. I hope next time we will choose this hotel."

"The location was pretty decent - its very near the viewpoint, which makes it easy to travel there especially with the walk being quite steep, you save some time and energy. It is considered to be within the main area of Phi Phi island, making it accessible to many shops and F&B. It being a 1-star hotel, expectations must also be adjusted accordingly. Cleanliness was not bad, no random stains or hair on the bed and the bed was nicely done up during our visit. Would like if they offered daily cleaning service but the cleaning service can be requested for every 2 nights stay which is still fair. Service was good, they offered us water upon arrival and when we left. There is also a push trolley service where they can send your bags to the ferries area for 50Baht which is pretty OK considering it is a 1-star hotel. Facilities wise, wish that they had hot water, it had only cold water which is refreshing on a hot day but preferred if we had the option to adjust. Please also check if your room has air-con when booking. Ours didn't have it because I assumed the rooms would naturally have it but the room we booked didn't have it. The fan provided at the maximum speed, was not cooling enough for me. I felt like I still sweat a lot in the room which is not ideal."

"Very dirty room, the curtains are all stained, the floors are not washed. There is no partition/curtain in the shower, so everything is flooded with water, and there are also no shelves in the bathroom (taking a shower was very inconvenient and disgusting) The bed linen has stains and holes (we hope that the stains just haven’t been washed out..) The mattress is uncomfortable. The location is good (but we didn’t find it right away, Google maps doesn’t build the route correctly) There is a slight climb up the steps. The view from the room is wonderful! Beach towels were issued upon request at the reception, water also had to be asked each time (the room was not replenished) Cleaning upon request (but in fact only bed linen is replaced) There is a kettle, but to boil it you need to use the outlet near the bed. It’s better to walk along the coast to Long Beach, it takes about 30-40 minutes (do not follow the route Google Maps builds - it leads through the mountain)"
