"Location located in the centre of Sanremo, two steps from the sea and shops. The place is inside a palace, on the second floor and with the lift. Inside we were welcomed by Joseph, the owner of the rental room, he was very kind to wait for us at 12:30 to leave us the key. A very nice, comfortable and especially clean room! There is a mini-fridge, air conditioner, TV, a closet with extra coatings and covers and much more. Clean and complete bathroom of everything. Quality-price ratio unfair. I advise everyone. "What I did NOT like is that until you have made the reservation it does not say anywhere that if you are going to arrive later than 9pm you have to call the accommodation. What I DID like is that the guy came to greet us at 9.30pm to give us the door code and charge us the tourist tax. He also took a photo of our documentation... The hotel is right in the centre, which is an advantage. The worst thing is the parking in the area, it is practically necessary to use a car park even at night, outside of regulated parking hours."

"Nice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression."

She deliberately made me pay the maximum cost for later settlement, although I warned her in advance that I would arrive earlier, while she was on the spot. I didn't issue a petty table for the second person, as I came alone, although I paid for the two. I made incomprehensible and ridiculous comments. Behaved incorrectly and inappropriately. An unpleasant woman. She needs to learn how to be welcomed and tactically communicate with the guests. She settled with the bad mood and negative that this woman created. When she first communicated with her, she was willing to leave, but had to stay, as the payment was in return. It is good that I lived there for 3 days. But in the future this guest house will never choose. Pay money for accommodation and get negative, incorrect behavior and irregular attitude somehow don't want. "Неплохой номер, но попасть проблема, надо звонить на итальянский номер, сработает замок потом подняться на третий этаж и набрать код в общий холл, а затем ещё раз надо ввести код чтобы попасть свою комнату. Дверь в этот мини отель расположена в узком переулке, между кафе, найти вроде не проблема но первый раз немного напряжно. В общем холле есть кофейник, печеньки чай вода и холодильник. В самом номере чайник и пакеты чая, посуды нет."
