"Wanted to visit an ailing relative who is staying very close to this guest house. Krishnam is on the main road, identifying was not an issue. Property must be 25 to 30 years old but maintained clean. Staff speak only hindi, which makes life difficult for a chennaite. I didn't try their food as i wanted to taste local good from restaurants nearby. In few minutes walk one can find good veg and non veg food outlets but either one need to eat standing or take parcel to the room. Dining out is also possible in places like para m food plaza(veg. Tea stalls, juice stalls, groceries, medical shops are near by. One can get autos anytime til night from the nearby signal. One who wants to spend around 1000 inr and get basic stay without compromising hygiene i would say this is a good choice in govindpuri."
