We had a good stay, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and location was easy and close to the tube. The only thing which I feel should have been shared prior to our booking is the Townhouse is located next to/above a pub, and we happened to be in the room directly above the pub. Music is playing until midnight, the rugby was also on which I appreciate might be why the pub was extremely busy, however if you want to sleep before mid-night you might struggle. Otherwise its a good.

I stayed with my 2 teenage kids. For the price, we were very happy with Cherry! We just needed a place to sleep after busy days in London, so comfortable beds was the #1 requirement for us, and it was met! The location was convenient to the underground which was our #2 priority. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which was just an added bonus! The only criticism I could give would be that the baseboards were a bit dusty, but that wasn't a problem for us since my kids are older and weren't crawling around the floor. The price with a comfy bed and friendly staff can't be beat!

Lovely little hotel, it’s basic with shared bathrooms but sinks in the room to do teeth, get water etc. The staff are nice and civil, and they serve nice breakfast really cheap.

The staff was lovely beds were comfy was a good sleep but their was nearly no toilet roll and no soap in the bathroom other than that it’s a very nice place to stay and not too far from the underground or the overground.

I live on the top floor. I can smell cigarettes when I enter the room, but it is acceptable. The bed is uneven and has a dent in the middle, which is acceptable. There is no elevator, so the front desk uncle helped me carry it upstairs. I am very grateful to him. The toilet and bathroom are generally clean and not bad. This price also proves that you can't ask the hotel to be too perfect.

GGuest UserIt was lovely to stay at the Primrose Guesthouse, it was in a perfect location for going to a gig in Camden & is situated in a great part of London.
Nothing was too much trouble for our host. We were able to check in early. The room was clean & had everything we needed. The full english for breakfast was delicious & plentiful. We would stay again!

KKwok WahThe owner was very nice and reserved a parking space for us. The bathroom light was broken when taking a shower, and the owner immediately found someone to fix it that night.
The fly in the ointment is that our two families booked two separate rooms. After the room introduction and reservation, they did not say that they wanted to share a bathroom. This is not the goods, and it is not our original intention, because we don't mind using a little more money to live in a better hotel.
I hope Trip.com will write clearly in the future that the accommodation will not provide.

The only thing was the cleaning start on 8:22am,is was fine cause they have to do daily cleaning but why is your staff keep talking when they doing the cleaning,it was sound from a woman and a man,so annoying 😑

Breakfast area overlooks a lovely garden.The continental breakfast was very good. We would certainly come back. Many thanks to Jackie, she was very nice and helpful!

RRegnierWe stayed two nights at the Belgravia Hotel and appreciated the location and the quality of the accommodation. Small, well-equipped and very clean room. Some signs of dilapidation but nothing prohibitive for the price. Varied and plentiful breakfast. Housekeeping done meticulously every day. The only downside for us was the heat being at the attic level, we were hot despite the cool weather.

ZzakGreat little guest house with all mod cons and a quirky rooftop access within my room with quaint views. Only downside was initial communication. While I was sent an email with instructions as to what to do for remote access it wasn't accessible as the email was blocked out by trip.com and I had to get in touch directly.
The check in would have been good if it was an hour or two earlier.

The staff members were extremely attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist me throughout my stay. But this last in the hotel was very horrible, the room was like a prison room, no heater, bed was very small and the bathroom was on the third floor. it was a bad experience. Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations except the last stay in the hotel. The exceptional service, well-maintained facilities, and convenient location made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience.
