"We love our stay at Gudauri ski resort. The view in the morning is amazing. We only had problem while checking in because the location in google map is apparently slightly off. But other than that all are good. The owner also very kind to let us store our luggage after check out, bcs our tour picked us really late due to some road closure in Kazbegi. The security also very nice, he also give some recommendation for food and ski rental. He suggested us to eat at Good aura restaurant behind the hotel and it was nice indeed. Thanks"

"The hotel is not far from the ski lift. The boss will drive for free once a day. The hotel team service is very warm. The restaurant cooks very good food and the price is moderate. The location is in Gushie Town. Drive 50 kilometers ahead is Kazbuek Town (mountain), snow, This is the world of fairy tales, not far from the Ogre Friendship Monument"

"I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception."

"loved the hot tub but there were technical issues for most of my stay - it wasn’t nearly hot enough. also avoid the restaurant the food and service is horrible. overall the service was good and helped me arrange a snowmobile tour. room and facilities were generally clean, but there’s no AC in the room."

"We were booked day by day, booked day by day, arrived in the evening and settled for 1 night. We were waiting for the second floor, fully equipped, there was a kitchen with everything necessary, with dishes, a big refrigerator, in the bath gel, shampoo, towels. We were 8 people, all had enough beds, and everything else. Very comfortable. I was delighted with the cleanliness of the house and on the veranda.
Wayfay worked perfectly.
2 cars were put in the garage, placed. To borgom km 5, walking far, on the car only. At the bottom of the road there are baking delicious pie, hot, from the oven. Over the road a grocery store. Near the river and beautiful views."

"The breakfast was good and the service was good. The original impression was not bad. It turned out that the next day the paraglider was 100 lari more expensive than the outside, 350 lari per person, and the negotiated price was over there to let me add money and go everywhere. It can only be added. Check out and ask the hotel how to get to the bus station, saying that there is no public transportation and privately operated vehicles here, the hotel taxi will be sent to the station 4 kilometers 20 lari (at the beginning said 30 lari), if it is sent to our next stop card Hotel 450 lari in Zbek, 420 lari 30 kilometers away! I am curious how do the babies who go to the ancient road solve the traffic? Later, we asked the rooms hotel to pick us up as long as 80 lari (still back and forth!), I think this hotel is very dark."

Responsive staff.
We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest.
The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files.
A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you.
The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying.
Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner.
Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos.
I want to finish my review with the expression: ”Everything for people”.
I wish you luck and prosperity, I want to come back to you and I will recommend you to my friends.

ZzehinaIf you come to Gudauri to ski, this hotel is not very convenient for those who love skiing. You need to reserve a car with the hotel to go to the ski resort. The journey takes about 10 minutes. The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite large. The balcony can take pictures of the beautiful scenery of Rizhao Jinshan Mountain. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel is also very good. It is the best restaurant here and the price is not expensive.
Except that the location is not very friendly, everything else is OK.
PS: The hotel page states that there are ski passes and cable cars, but in fact the cable car fees need to be purchased separately at the ski resort.

XXIAOLEIQuiet hotel, suitable for skiing masters, as it is right next to the slopes. It's cool to slide all the way! The landlady was very friendly, and when she saw the children like playing with snow, they found a twisting car. Going skiing on the hillside is especially loving!
