網訂的大床房，去店裡登記缺説沒有大床房了，只有標間，問前台沒有大床房為什麼接單？為什麼不打電話提前説呢？她説她不會操作，後來太晚就沒計較，給的房間黴味特別大，廁所反臭，淋浴設備也是破破爛爛的，超級不隔音，跟火車站小旅館一樣，樓下就是燒烤店，特別吵，乒乒乓乓的到天亮，窗户打開還是應急通道的樓梯，有人上上下下的特別響，樓梯是鐵的！第二天跟前台反應，店家的態度特別惡劣，説是 不好的話你看房間了可以不住！本來到谷城就晚，不想折騰，只是提下建議，店家看説普通話以為是外地的就欺生客的樣子，真是服了，本來訂了兩晚，直接退了，也懶得跟店家爭論！對了，房間在三樓，沒有電梯！這種態度這種環境的店還敢收這個價位，也是服了！
