前台服務態度非常好，還免費升級了房型，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，下雨天還有雨傘可以借用，隔壁也有便利店，非常方便，大廳高端大氣上檔次，還有免費小零食和糖果，服務好，貼心，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，客房打掃很乾凈，衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼，停車方便，停車場很大，還有超充充電樁，方便便捷

酒店店長的處事方法及培訓出來的員工，服務意識一流👍
因房間吹風機問題，小哥主動上報，後面還給予換了高級套房，不是因為套房才來點評，一個人住大床和套房沒區別，重要的是服務意識和態度，很認真很禮貌很熱情
值得推薦～ 有北上廣深的服務意識，再加上乾淨整潔的硬件條件！

環境：環境挺好，停車充電都很方便，背面感覺是村裡，還能聽到雞叫，很古樸，睡得還行
服務：前台態度服務都很好，處理問題也很及時
設施：但是衞生檢查確實不細緻，地漏漏不下去，花灑，不知道有什麼紅東西，客房電話壞的，每次打電話還要從平台搜，機器人來了也不能即時聽見提醒

在谷城這樣的小城鎮選酒店，因為常住麗楓集團的最後還是選了這個離高鐵站不遠的麗楓酒店。整個酒店環境和硬件都還是不錯的，淋浴還有舒緩的音樂。也就兩百多費用，整體還是超出預期的。點餐可以機器人送到門口，特別是提前告訴前台還有接送高鐵站的服務比較貼心。衞生細節上更注意些會更好。
