Very close to Tunjungan area, lots of good place to shop and eat. Facility wise, it's okay. Can tell that the building is aged, but the staffs are friendly and helpful. Had like a small sofa-ish in the room that an extra person can use to rest. Good experience!

The location is really close to anywhere. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. This is our stay for the second time. We went back to Santika Premier Gubeng was because the location, the cleanliness and the breakfast was impeccable.

This hotel is quite economic for Harris’ level. There are pool, gym, and kids playground. The room is not that spacious but very comfortable for two persons. I requested for an iron and they delivered it to my room very quickly. They could do better for the restaurant, elevator, and the toilet — no bidet shower hence a little bit struggling for kids (i had some guest with kids coming over).

Fast check in and out process. Use a 50 thousand deposit. Minimalist room, narrow bathroom, but cleanliness is maintained. The staff is also friendly. There are many variations for breakfast. It is in a great central location in Surabaya, the airport is 30 minutes north and the bus terminal is 30 minutes south. The staff are really nice and incredibly helpful. I stayed in the cabin which is really small, for 1 night it was all I needed, although the bedsheet has a few marks on it. The shared bathroom is decent enough.

overall the room is comfortable and delicious,the minus is that on the tv and the remote can only be one,the second is that the smell of the bathroom is so strong,so it is a bit annoying
