The interior of the room is not outdated and still looks modern. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable enough to be made to rest even though they are not big. Work desks and chairs are comfortable to work with even though the work chair is a bit high. There is an armchair to relax as well. The TV is 32” a bit small for watching TV. Wifi is smooth even though the speed is not fast. The minibar is provided with tea with the tongtji brand and unbranded sachet coffee. Mineral water is provided 4 bottles of 600 ml (2 in the minibar, 2 in the bathroom). What is very unfortunate is that drinking glasses use disposable plastic cups, and many other things that use a lot of plastic (plasticized towels, plasticized straws) Medium sized bathroom with sink, shower and closet. The location of the hotel is in the eastern area of ​​Surabaya. Close to Bu Rudi, Bu Kris, 10 minutes to Galaxy Mall, 20 minutes to Atum market, also close to Gubeng station. The rooms are quite spacious, towels, toothpaste and drinking water are provided. There are glasses, teapots and tea, etc. I ordered 2 rooms. 1 room is really okay. 1 room is missing. The towels were musty, the water in the bathroom was very small. Overall, for a budget of around 200 (the price when I booked) it's okay.

I stayed for one night at this hotel, and I found it really amazing hotel. Even it is not big fancy hotel, but it has gym, jacuzzy, swimming pool, and sauna facilities. Not big facilities, but it is marvelous for 3 stars hotel. At night, they served Keroncong live-performance. It was amazing to see and hear this rare traditional song from East Java. The room is good, clean, and tidy. The staffs are also very friendly. The location also very close with mall (Galaxy Mall). There are many food sell near the hotel. Very recommended hotel for family and vacation.

Such a wonderful experience, i stay here for 3 days 2 nights, for the service no doubt if i have 10 thumbs i would give those and also the room so Clean, comfy ofc! Here so recommend to stay while u in Surabaya! Thank you Mrs. Vida and team for your Great Hospitality!

This hotel has access to campus, such as Unair or ITS. We checked in at 1am, with a deposit of 150k for the 3 rooms we booked. The room we booked was a twin bed room. Accidentally, the rooms that we booked are on one floor, which is the 3rd floor, especially in rooms 309, 321, and 323. To get to the 3rd floor there is an elevator facility, so you don't have to be tired of getting up by using the stairs. There was a restaurant in front of the hotel, but since we booked exclude breakfast we couldn't taste the food that the hotel provided. If the hotel is crowded, it's a full amount of parking, fortunately, there's still a slot to park the car.

Overall, it was a good experience Pros: location, kids-friendly facilities, wifi connection, the room size is big and soundproof (thanks to the thick wall), various options on tv channels Cons: wear and tear on the rooms' wood floor make it look dirty, the temperature inside the fitness area was warmer than outside (not sure if it was supposed to be like that), some toys in the kids club were broken
