Very close to Tunjungan area, lots of good place to shop and eat. Facility wise, it's okay. Can tell that the building is aged, but the staffs are friendly and helpful. Had like a small sofa-ish in the room that an extra person can use to rest. Good experience!

Staying and having a romantic Anniversary dinner was a memorable experience for me and my family. The romantic dinner menu is satisfying and very filling. The cafe staff are also friendly, it's just that the presentation takes a little longer. friendly employees.

This hotel has access to campus, such as Unair or ITS. We checked in at 1am, with a deposit of 150k for the 3 rooms we booked. The room we booked was a twin bed room. Accidentally, the rooms that we booked are on one floor, which is the 3rd floor, especially in rooms 309, 321, and 323. To get to the 3rd floor there is an elevator facility, so you don't have to be tired of getting up by using the stairs. There was a restaurant in front of the hotel, but since we booked exclude breakfast we couldn't taste the food that the hotel provided. If the hotel is crowded, it's a full amount of parking, fortunately, there's still a slot to park the car.

It is in a great central location in Surabaya, the airport is 30 minutes north and the bus terminal is 30 minutes south. The staff are really nice and incredibly helpful. I stayed in the cabin which is really small, for 1 night it was all I needed, although the bedsheet has a few marks on it. The shared bathroom is decent enough.

Santika Premiere Gubeng Surabaya location is in the center of Surabaya, close to Gubeng station. Indomaret, Alfamart and Boncafe can be reached on foot. Wifi is smooth even though the speed is not fast. The minibar is provided with tea with the tongtji brand and unbranded sachet coffee. Mineral water is provided 4 bottles of 600 ml (2 in the minibar, 2 in the bathroom). What is very unfortunate is that drinking glasses use disposable plastic cups, and many other things that use a lot of plastic (plasticized towels, plasticized straws) Medium sized bathroom with sink, shower and closet.
