瓜洲作為自駕西北環線的一箇中轉點，人流量還是比較大的。但是瓜洲的住宿體驗真的很糟糕。在我訂酒店之前我特意打電話問過前台有沒有洗衣機和烘乾機，前台説有洗衣機，但是烘乾機烘衣服的效果不好，不過晾一晚上肯定會乾的。當時沒有細想。辦理入住後去洗衣服但是沒有看到烘乾機，打電話問前台，前台才説沒有烘乾機。
辦理入住的時候前台兩個人一直講八卦，根本不把客人當回事，兩三分鐘的事情硬是讓我等了十分鐘。
設施太差，浴室很小，我163，110斤都伸不開胳膊。馬桶也是夾在洗手枱和浴室中間，腿都不敢開太大。
打掃房間的阿姨很好，很爽快的幫忙找衣架。
這個價位訂的酒店在縣城裡算是高標準了，但是體驗真的很差。

酒店是多年老酒店翻新的，設施齊全，山東自駕到新疆，遇到大雨臨時定的這家酒店，住宿過程中有小問題，但都可以被服務員的真誠，貼心彌補，住了一天前台服務員，客房服務員（記得是姓火的大姨）完全是把酒店當成自己家，把客人當成親人來招待。非常好的體驗。一路住過來，明顯感受到，硬件的好壞其實影響不了多少心情，軟件服務的質量，才是一個酒店的靈魂，如果有路過的需要居住的，可以試一下。

入住體驗極差，多項設施存在問題
1. 空調噪音：房間空調異響嚴重，持續發出巨大噪音。
2. 排氣扇問題：浴室排氣扇噪音大，有轟鳴聲，使用體驗極差。
3. 衞生疏漏：洗手池明顯未清潔乾淨，留有污漬和水垢，缺乏基本衞生保障。
4. 私隱安全隱患：房間“勿擾模式”形同虛設，服務員未經允許直接刷卡闖入。
5.門鎖反鎖功能故障，無法保障住客安全與私隱。

酒店在2025年翻身，除了房內較新外，其他位置均非常殘舊還有一陣味道，早餐不好好，沖涼時水會滲出門外弄濕地下，問大堂清潔員可否取水撥車，叫我去水池取水，真是嚇了一跳。附近吃晚飯及買野都方便

27號開始為期15天的河西走廊之旅第七站，最最不滿意的一個酒店，千挑萬選，退了榆林賓館訂了長樂，看重的新酒店，實際啪啪打臉！可是因為不能退了並且行程不想改了，咬碎牙也就湊活了，晚安牛奶？沒見過，前台也沒提！早晨還可以吧，服務很好！酒店的實際設施，看圖吧！
