Everything was fine except for the food that was served in room service, the pizza was raw and fruit was rotten and when brought to the attention of the personnel they did nothing in regards

The 3 staff at the front desk and the aunt who is engaged in hygiene are very nice and welcoming. I don't speak Spanish, and when I need help, they are very patient to answer me. Although the hotel's facilities are old, it does not hinder the comfortable experience. I like the bed in my room very much. It is the most comfortable bed in many hotels I have stayed in. It is neither soft nor hard, and its bearing capacity is just right. It is much more comfortable than the soft collapsed beds in many 5-star hotels. Finally, some small suggestions are mentioned. It would be better if one-time slippers and electric kettle or hair dryer can be provided in the room.

Excellent hotel! Only a year old. Clean, good price and a $6 taxi ride from the airport. The malacone is right across the way for morning exercise. The AC was fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel. Great bed. Great pillows. Nice stay for going to the airport.

The place is very cozy and has a nice sharm. Good size of rooms and modern bathrooms. Crean and decent size of pool is empressive especially evening time with tons of lights around. Morning breakfast is nice as well. Locaciones the hotel is working distance to main attractions

The pick-up fee was paid to the front desk of the hotel at $10, and the driver gave a tip of $2. The superior twin room booked is large in size, and the room is also equipped with a small refrigerator and a table, and slippers are not provided. There are wall-mounted air conditioners. The front desk of the hotel can speak English and has a very good attitude. After arriving, I found that the business center was closed due to the epidemic, but the front desk could still help with printing. There is an open space with a roof on the second floor of the hotel, with tables and chairs, and a swimming pool next to it, which coincides with Christmas and a Christmas tree. The hotel provides a free breakfast buffet, which is changed every day. The beef there is very good. There are a lot of people in the breakfast room on weekends, so pay attention to protection. The only minor problem is that our room is close to the road, which is a bit noisy at night, especially because of cultural reasons, the locals like to drive by modified cars with super loud speakers all the way at night, but just get used to it.
