It only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the city center, such as the City Hall or Iguana Park. You only need to cross a road along the river. There is also a supermarket called Mini nearby to buy food and daily necessities, but there are many restaurants suitable for Chinese people. The 3 staff at the front desk and the aunt who is engaged in hygiene are very nice and welcoming. I don't speak Spanish, and when I need help, they are very patient to answer me. Although the hotel's facilities are old, it does not hinder the comfortable experience. I like the bed in my room very much. It is the most comfortable bed in many hotels I have stayed in. It is neither soft nor hard, and its bearing capacity is just right. It is much more comfortable than the soft collapsed beds in many 5-star hotels. Finally, some small suggestions are mentioned. It would be better if one-time slippers and electric kettle or hair dryer can be provided in the room.

The place have some cracks in the infrastructure, the paint of the walls is old and fading and falling apart , when taking a shower water splashes every where on the floor even if the shower door is closed.

In the old town, the surrounding area is more convenient, supermarkets, shopping, eating, and then it is also close to several attractions, within walking distance, sanitary conditions are not bad, I feel quite clean

The location is not bad, the Cocoa Museum is downstairs. Opposite is malecón 2000, and you can take a walk at night. The infinity pool on the roof should be a net red punching point, and the scenery is not bad. There are not many types of breakfast, the rooms are average, and the river view is not very nice because of the cloudy day. There is no very high-end feeling, 12-17 Building should be a hotel apartment.

The front desk staff and the cleaning aunt are very nice and they should be given a raise.

The place is very cozy and has a nice sharm. Good size of rooms and modern bathrooms. Crean and decent size of pool is empressive especially evening time with tons of lights around. Morning breakfast is nice as well. Locaciones the hotel is working distance to main attractions
