Great service. Super convenient shuttle. Extremely comfortable and perfect for a stay in Guayaquil. Stayed twice. Ate at El Patio, drank at the bar, and enjoyed the sauna. All excellent.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, there was a strong moldy smell mixed with strong air freshener and this unpleasant scent is carried all the way to Room 521. The air in my room was dame and the air conditioning unit made excessive noise. In the breakfast venue, I asked 3 times for coffee and a particular staff could not understand my request for milk.

The hotel is very good. Although it opened early, the maintenance and customer service staff are all top-notch. The concierge treatment is also very good. Everyone at the front desk speaks English, so it doesn't matter if you don't speak Spanish! The location is in the city center, very close to the Guaquis River, and within walking distance of Iguana Square and Unirii Square; good reviews

The free welcome wine made me feel happy. There were many bars, restaurants and snacks nearby. I had to catch a flight in the morning and the hotel also packed breakfast. I will stay here next time.

The quilt in the hotel room is so damp, the air conditioner in the room is too loud, and there are plenty of Chinese restaurants around the hotel. The downstairs lobby and restaurant are very nice. good service

For me, the best hotel chain in Ecuador, the buffet breakfast has too many options and, above all, its staff is very friendly and helpful. I always choose them in any city where there is Green Gold
