Considering the rating of the hotel, I expected better service. It wasn’t bad service but not on par with other 4/5 star hotels I’ve been to throughout the world. Room was clean and comfortable although the interior is a bit outdated. I would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time for the price.

Best food, best attentive service, best massage ever recieved. Super clean, super friendly a 5 star hotel with economical prices. Only 40minutes from Antigua Free shuttle services and free parking if you decide to rent a car

Close to the airport, large hotel, very good breakfast, bright room. There were even 2 balconies. But the view from the balconies is of some backyards with cars and construction debris

There is no hot water in such a hotel. The room service phone never gets through. The front desk said they would send someone to check out, but no one came.

For us it will always be the best hotel, my mother stayed with a group of friends and they enjoyed it to the fullest, she loves the hotel, the spa and sharing the amenities of the place, we love the Barceló hotel!

The hotel is located in the ninth district of the city center, which is convenient for traveling to all parts of the city. The layout of the hotel is reasonable, the facilities are complete, and it gives people a warm feeling. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes.

This hotel is very close to the airport. Every time I come to Guatemala, I always stay at their home or the Westin. This hotel is more cost-effective. There is a delicious Chinese restaurant within 5 minutes' walk. The hotel is more comfortable and has a variety of breakfast options.

Hotel location is good, business travel is very convenient. The view from the room is very good. It is very comfortable to work on the balcony. Closer to the airport, it will be noisy if the windows are not closed, but the sound insulation effect is very good after the windows are closed. The downside is that there are relatively few varieties of breakfast, and the taste of the other two restaurants is also average. Japanese restaurants are not recommended. Chinese and Latin American ramen taste bad.

Today, I transferred to a room with two terraces. The scenery is first-class, the air is fresh, the light is sufficient, and the sun shines into the room. It is very comfortable, relaxing, and top-notch! If there is a chance to come again next time, I will definitely choose this room again
