Excellent hotel located in zone 9. Very close to the airport and not too far from the historical center. International restaurants are close by. Room is spacious and clean. Two bottles of water are given daily. Amenities are also well equipped.

Water leaked from the bathroom into the washroom. Also, I could hear noises from the next room.

Considering the rating of the hotel, I expected better service. It wasn’t bad service but not on par with other 4/5 star hotels I’ve been to throughout the world. Room was clean and comfortable although the interior is a bit outdated. I would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time for the price.

Best food, best attentive service, best massage ever recieved. Super clean, super friendly a 5 star hotel with economical prices. Only 40minutes from Antigua
