Very clean room with comfortable bed and kitchen facilities. Lobby was nicely designed. The location was fairly close to some shops and restaurants. Overall a great stay for a couple of nights.

The place was actually really nice. Very good location, close to the airport and easy to get to.
The room was very clean and even though we didn't use the little kitchen it was good to have it just in case.
I will say though I did not like at all that they deactivated my key access before my check out time was up and when I went to the front desk to ask about it they told me someone will come up to my room to let me in and get my belonging for check out time. I felt like I was being "kicked out" for some reason and even though the lady at the front desk was "nice" enough to give me an explanation that made no sense to me I strongly believe that OUTSTANDING GUESTS like ourselves should not be treated like that. I honestly felt very weird about. We have been in 26 countries around the world and this place is the only one that we have had happened to us.
Check out time was at 13:00 and I was trying to get to my room at 12:45 to grab my stuff and do the check out when I realized they had deactivated my key access. NOT COOL at all. I would probably not stay there again for that reason along.

They turned us away at midnight because their system did not have the reservation from Orbitz even though I showed it to them. They were rude, and I felt like they wanted to charge us more because it was late. Really disappointing, now I have to try and get a refund.

The apar**ent was very spacious and had a fully-equipped kitchenette, making it possible to have a home-made breakfast or a late-night hot meal without leaving the hotel. The Eco-filter feature ensures abundant drinking water supply. The hotel staff is friendly but does not help with tourism arrangements. However, with many travel agencies within walking distance of the hotel, that is not an issue. Overall, the hotel has very good security measures, good environment and very spacious and comfy room for adequate rest.
