The hotel was nice, to he breakfast was delicious. However, we tried to contact the hotel prior to our arrival asking about the shuttle from the airport but we didn't get a response about the timing so we ended up taking a taxi! The hotel gave us extra time to check out because of this inconvenience so I am thankful for that.

The hotel is average, close to the airport, and there is a shuttle bus to the airport on time, which needs to be booked in advance. It is very convenient, but because it is close to the airport, the noise is a bit loud at night. There is no free water, and all water is charged. A bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator costs 13 yuan, and it has a strong smell. The restaurant downstairs ordered terrible food, which was so bad that I wanted to call the police. The medium-rare fillet was completely burnt, and the service attitude was average. The experience was very bad.

The hotel shuttle only goes to terminal 2 and if it’s a peak period, it will not be possible to squeeze into the bus (no standing allowed). Receptionist are friendly, however, hotel does not have a tag to hang at doors to let them know no room service is needed, so one day you will get two knocks (one for cleaning and one for the pantry refill if needed) which can be very disruptive. There’s shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, two bar soaps and one shower cap provided. Toilet has a spray which is useful.

The room is very good. I gave the car to Yuan Baoting. I want to spare milk tea. I don’t dare to open the computer to eat military science. You first aggregate the mineral radiation. You are in a car accident.

Facilities: A very new hotel opened in 24 years, but there are 13 flats, very simple ibis, the room has a bed and a table, the hotel is still clean. But there is no refrigerator in the room, and something needs to be frozen two small refrigerators that can be helped by the front desk in the storage room. The hotel was the most comfortable and the hotel was the location, it took us only 10 minutes to reach the airport (by 3 a.m.), the friendly staff and the normal Ibis hotel. However, I think the facilities are a little disappointed, the bathroom door of the room where I hosted (stage 15) was wrongly fitted and did not close, there was no bathing shampoo**** (the bottle was empty), The lift was old (it had a glass grinding on the top) I think by the price per night they could re-model the facilities. I have already visited other Ibis, 1 in Peru and this is the second in Brazil and it disappointed me a little, I thought they would be like the previous ones where I hosted.

The hotel is very well located, near the international airport of Guarulhos. It has transfer to the airport, very large and spacious rooms. Breakfast is varied and the restaurant works in the hotel during the night. The Slaviero Hotel is surely a great option of stay!

Advanced equipment, smoking area, good service attitude, clean and tidy, beautiful environment, we are very satisfied with the stay, the price is reasonable, I hope to have the opportunity to stay again next time.

There is a pick-up service, the location of the hotel is okay, free breakfast is provided, and the variety is rich. The room facilities are older, but relatively clean. Overall, I am satisfied.
