"I have booked this hotel many times. The hotel is very close to GRU airport, the sound insulation is good, and there is no noise from airplanes taking off and landing. The hotel also has a shuttle bus, which is suitable for transit."

"The hotel was the most comfortable and the hotel was the location, it took us only 10 minutes to reach the airport (by 3 a.m.), the friendly staff and the normal Ibis hotel. However, I think the facilities are a little disappointed, the bathroom door of the room where I hosted (stage 15) was wrongly fitted and did not close, there was no bathing shampoo**** (the bottle was empty), The lift was old (it had a glass grinding on the top) I think by the price per night they could re-model the facilities. I have already visited other Ibis, 1 in Peru and this is the second in Brazil and it disappointed me a little, I thought they would be like the previous ones where I hosted."

GGuest UserThe hotel shuttle only goes to terminal 2 and if it’s a peak period, it will not be possible to squeeze into the bus (no standing allowed). Receptionist are friendly, however, hotel does not have a tag to hang at doors to let them know no room service is needed, so one day you will get two knocks (one for cleaning and one for the pantry refill if needed) which can be very disruptive. There’s shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, two bar soaps and one shower cap provided. Toilet has a spray which is useful.

Breakfast, I thought it was so-so... the fruits weren't sweet, the croissant didn't have the right texture, it has variety, but without an exceptional flavor. The room, I requested for a pet and when I arrived at the hotel, the room was not available, and they did not provide a hygiene kit. The shuttle service was very good. Attentive staff.

Their efficiency and professionalism ensured that my stay got off to a smooth start, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel.
As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. It's always a relief to find accommodations that cater to the needs of families and Sleep in Guarulhos exceeded my expectations in this regard.
Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding.
Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers looking for a wonderful experience in São Paulo.

GGuest UserFrankly at the price it charges and the fact that it's within a close range to the airport, my question is why not?
The lady there she even provides you with some breakfast.
Here's the thing, just as you arrive at the airport use either Uber or the official metered taxis. I got ripped off by the dude who says he drives an executive taxi and to get to the hostel (Hostel Lize) I paid 42 dollars whereas in reality ist is like 5 bucks. By the time you realize you are scammed it is too late as you are at the destination. Just a top for you...
But again the hostel, it makes sense to spend your night there.

However, we tried to contact the hotel prior to our arrival asking about the shuttle from the airport but we didn't get a response about the timing so we ended up taking a taxi! The hotel gave us extra time to check out because of this inconvenience so I am thankful for that.

LlarafmHotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason.

HHelbert IgnacioMonreale Plus is very well located in Guarulhos. It is an imposing tower that can be seen from various points in the city center. The airport transfer service is very efficient. Each route takes around 20 minutes. Good drivers and variety of schedules, making trip planning easier and making the hotel a great option. I really liked the room. Spacious, with two larger-than-conventional single beds, a very large work surface, large bathroom and air conditioning. The only problem we unfortunately had was related to the low quality of the Wi-Fi. The internet in the room was horrible. Regarding breakfast, this is perhaps the highlight of the experience. Wide variety of breads, sliced breads, biscuits, fruits, juices and the service time is compatible with travelers who need to check out very early, as was our case. We will definitely return to Monreale!
