Eu gostei muito do hotel, do pessoal da recepção. Achei todos educados, passei apenas uma noite com minha namorada, achei muito legal, o quarto tbm era ótimo. Com certeza voltarei, o café da manhã tbm é ótimo . Bem pertinho do centro e da praia, restaurantes próximos . Achei muito top !

O hotel é ótimo em localização, atendimento (fomos muito bem recepcionados , inclusive fazendo o check-in com muita antecipação, o que foi uma bênção pra nós , pois meu marido precisava trabalhar) , tudo limpinho. O único problema foi o enrupimento do ralo do banheiro , inundando tudo. Parabéns à administração do hotel! Indico o hotel com certeza!👍

Hotel maravilhoso! Café Da manhã completo e se quiser pode pagar (á parte) pelo almoço, que também é muito bom! Tem piscina e os quartos saomuito bem equipados e limpos. Pertinho da praia de Pitangueiras e com fácil acesso á outras praias. Tirando uma atendente, muito mal educada, na recepção, os outros funcionários todos compensaram com educação e atenção.

Terceiro ano consecutivo que eu e meu marido nos hospedamos nesse hotel,um lugar ótimo, com excelente atendimento,excelente limpeza e um lugar de extrema confiança. Recomendo muito à todos que desejam visitar o Guarujá, local perto de tudo,3 quadras da praia de Pitangueiras. Local muito bom!

O quarto é muito pequeno, bem abafado, o ar-condicionado é aquele antigo e faz muito barulho. A cama não é boa e os travesseiros pior ainda! Sentimos falta de um lugar pra estender as roupas molhadas. A limpeza é bem por cima, não trocam nem a roupa de cama. No banheiro é bom jogar uma água sanitária ou algo do tipo pq tinha um bichinho nojento boiando na água que fica parada no box. A área da piscina é bem ruim também. O café da manhã bem fraquinho. O único ponto positivo foi o atendimento da recepção. O preço está bem acessível mas não recomento esse hotel.
