De cara o hotel é aconchegante e com uma vista incrível !! Ao chegar lá fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos pelo pessoal da recepção. Levaram nossas malas até o quarto e ao chegarmos lá ficamos deslumbrados, tudo muito bem organizado, espaçoso e limpo. O café da manhã, que já estava incluso em nossa estadia foi perfeito, comida boa, fresquinha e com aquele gostinho de quero mais. No jantar pedimos porções e curtimos um show ao vivo, tudo incrível ! Com certeza queremos voltar novamente.

Hotel maravilhoso, pé na areia, muito aconchegante, na melhor praia do Guarujá: a única com bandeira azul. Voltaríamos sempre! Pontos fortes: conforto e comodidade. Café da manhã delicioso, sem contar a hospitalidade dos funcionários.

A localização é muito boa, o café da manhã também é bem servido, e tem uma boa área de piscina, mas a estrutura do hotel é muito antiga. Os quartos, apesar de limpos, tem móveis antigos, poucas tomadas e uma aparência não muito atraente. Chuveiro é a gás, mas não é muito bom, o jato é difícil de direcionar, e a temperatura oscila. Não tem elevador, e a acessibilidade é limitada. Restaurante caro pelo que oferece. Os funcionários são cordiais. Não creio que voltarei, procurarei outras opções na próxima vez.

O hotel Strand tem uma ótima localização, super tranquilo, ficamos no apartamento varanda uma vista incrível para a praia do Tombo, os colaboradores super educados, café da manhã excelente, a comida do restaurante muito boa, sem esquecer de falar que o hotel tem espaço kids e piscina ambiente familiar. Eu e minha família adoramos.
