I went for lunch with my kids, I read some reviews and decided to give it a shot. The buffet was good , nothing horrible but nothing outstanding either. After lunch, we wanted to go to the beach, so we asked the waitress and she pointed us to the Beach exit. When we got there, the gentleman at the exit stopped us and yelled at us stating that the exit was reserved for guests only. I explained to him that I had just finished my lunch and intended to leave to go to the beach. He proceeded to call the lifeguard, security (have pictures of all them harassing my family) . These people have never been trained on how to treat a guest, let alone a human being. I was second guessed and treated like a criminal for trying to use an exit that I was directed to in the first place. I chose to go back inside and have a word with the manager, she did apologize, but she had no control of the situation. I have visited many SOFITELS around the world, I use Trip Advisor as a reference with all my traveling plans and never felt so infuriated for being treated so poorly . Shame on the awful costumer service this Hotel offers, it is not even worthy of a ONE STAR.

The most differentiating feature , never experienced anywhere, was the staff was constantly laughing and smiling.. it was genuine.. I asked some of them.. it's not only HR training, but they said they loved working there and been in the same hotel and grown in responsibility over 10-12 years.. Sheer joy for us.. our joy is their happiness, and our problems, their concern.. Of course the property is huge and awesome.. very good spa facilities and located on a beautiful beach A perfect holiday..

New, modern, clean hotel, small but OK room, comfortable bed, full breakfast with quality products. Perfect location, is 150m from the beach , delicious beach, with a large sandy range, with kiosks served until lunch ( highlighting the kiosk 08 - name Good luck, with excellent service , Quality and a little salty products but I think everyone is expensive, even because they are mounting a whole structure for vc and in exchange for vc consume ).Paid parking ( R$ 20,00 per day ) , but the street is quiet tb. Perfect to spend the weekend . I recommend and I will return !!!

Primeira coisa é definir o que é um Hotel Pet Friendly, definitivamente este hotel não é, pois o cachorro só possui um espaço pequeno para transitar. Quero reforçar este ponto por conta da proibição do Guarujá de não poder levar cachorros, ninguém fala sobre isso. Outras coisas que deixaram a desejar: 1. O box do banheiro estava emperrado quando cheguei, falta manutenção 2. O café da manhã é somente ok, faltou placas de identificação dos itens servidos (em português e inglês), algo comum em hotéis 3. O estacionamento é pago diariamente é um valor muito alto, aliás um picolé custa 15 reais. 4. Telefone do quarto não funcionou em nenhuma das noites 5. O local que se toma café da manhã além de pequeno, é cheio e fechado, distanciamento pequeno entre as mesas. Em resumo, pelo preço cobrado não voltaria, minha experiência em outros hotéis já foram muito melhores.
