Hotel was 10 minutes in taxi from main centre. Which we walked a few times 20 minutes walk , beaches were fantastic so clean and had a few bars along it which self food and drink , the hotel was decent , only thing was breakfast time takes were not cleaned a lot of time and was food on floor at times which should have been cleaned up , ppl at front desk were helpful and nice , it was august time so a lot of Spanish come down to guerdemar for their holiday which was really busy in the whole had a lovely time

We have not had any problems, the facilities are very good, the spa has no restrictions, the food is good, there is a walkway to access the beach directly from the hotel. Recommended.

I would say pretty dated hotel. Pool bar was closed, it was difficult to leave kids and get a drink if only one adult on holiday.
There is a fridge in room, but no glasses, no kettle for coffee or tea..
the worst part was shower, the temperature was changing all the time, got burned…
Reception staff very helpful.

The receptionist on the evening 31st May very rude l felt like walking back out.Victoria the following morning was excellent and a credit to the hotel
