The costumer service was awful. The frontdesk service was the worse. I couldnt even get an explanation for being over charged more than what was supposed according to the booking reservarion. We were in a grupo of 4 adultos and a 4 year old. On the web they said that they didnt charge for Kids under 12 years, yet we couldnt book 2 doubles. I hadas to book a triple for us and my daughter.... ERGO they ARE charging fot the Kids unieron 12!

Hotel novo, moderno, com opção de comida à lá carte para almoço e jantar. Mas o principal é a disponibilidade de água como cortesia, em uma máquina para encher garrafa o quanto for o consumo. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos! xxxxxxxxx

Valeu demais! Bom quarto e chuveiro excelente. Cama boa e fomos muito bem recepcionados apesar de termos chegado às 2:00 da manhã devido a um atraso de percurso. Café da manhã muito bom e tudo muito limpo e organizado. Melhor íbis q já fiquei. E já fiquei em Muitos.

Os hotéis Ibis, como todos da Accor, têm bom café da manhã e limpeza correta. Desta vez, acrescentaram um dispenser de água para garrafas do cliente, gratuito, confirmando o empenho na causa ambiental. Parabéns à rede! Só um detalhe escapou dna experiência atual: as toalhas de banho estavam com mal cheiro, típico de secagem demorada ( desta vez eu não trouxe as nossas). Recomendo uma lavada geral em água quente, com vinagre no enxágue, e secagem rápida na secadora ou sol forte.
