入住體驗特別差，把我們房間安排在洗衣房和餐廳旁邊，本來從外地開車過來一路已經很累了 想好好休息的，後來我們下去打算換個房間，前台告知我們需要加錢升級高級大床房，前台告知我們説我們預訂的房間沒有了，但是我們在攜程上還可以看見，這也太欺騙消費者了吧，前台還説，你們也可以去別人家住。房間洗漱台從入住到退房，我們都沒看見壞掉，今天退房打電話，説是我們弄壞的，語氣特別讓人不舒服，盡然那麼不會做服務 那就不要做前台來影響客人的心情。管理真有問題 很差！！！我沒有點外賣，在我休息的時候 ，機器人給我打電話 ，説我點外賣到了，可是我並沒有點外賣！！前台核對房間都能出錯嗎！希望出來玩的或者出差避免影響心情，不要踩雷！！！

我是次日凌晨訂的房，三點多鐘才到的酒店，因為房型緊缺給我房間安在餐廳隔壁（完全沒有隔音），夜裡四五點就聽到有人在走廊鬼叫，到了早上六七點，跟菜市場趕集一樣，各種聲音嘈雜聲一直持續到中午十點，好不容易睡著了，睡了一個多小時，十一點多鐘前台打電話過來，説讓我十二點退房，我問能不能延遲兩個小時，十四點退房，這個要求合不合理?
