住過的最差酒店，沒有之一！
衞生：差，房間有蟑螂，發現一死一活，床單上有鞋印，枕頭上有黑印，衞生間各種生銹發黴，廁所是蹲便！抽紙盒裡的紙是臟的！
設施：簡陋，老舊
環境：電梯是外置的那種，後期加的，房間很小

床單有污點，地上有別人吃掉的土豆片沒打掃乾淨，拖鞋不乾淨，洗瀨台臟，水槽沒洗乾淨，毛巾比較舊。價格昂貴房間小，用的破衣架。靠近馬路邊，一晚上都聽到車嘩嘩的聲音，大半夜還聽見婦女在馬路邊嚎哭，害得我一晚上才睡兩小時。早餐種類特少，那服務員婆娘脾氣大，像誰欠她幾百萬似的，而且還不好吃。

酒店距高速口較近，附近就是關嶺汽車站，房間乾淨整潔舒適，房間雖然臨街，但關上窗户，晚上還是挺安靜的，早餐米線雞蛋稀飯還有一口一個的小饅頭，比較簡單。後院有停車場，停車方便。

前台還可以温柔，但是攜程電話打過去不舒服，我想要醋，酒店不給我，問了我幾次拿醋幹什麼。説了我拿醋吃，她問了她又説沒得，，，唉，房間水龍頭是壞的，衞生不怎麼樣！燈光也比較昏暗！

房間乾淨，衞生間因為和房間同一側，所以特別明亮，早歺簡單一般性，早歺較晚，對於趕早的也許較麻煩，電梯是樓外的，停車場就在酒店後面，停車很方便。
