環境一般般，和攜程提供的圖片還是區別較大！且大門在後麪，前面正門好像在裝修！給人的感覺就是快捷酒店的模式！可能是年久失修造成的！房間有輕微的異味，不過空調還是蠻給力的！周邊交通，小吃蠻方便！總體來説在哪個小縣城還是不錯吧

這是我一生借宿施設最差勁、最破敗的四星酒點！沒有之一！衣櫃內側全是牆低糊上的，涼衣架衹有2隻。浴室內涼衣桿上滿是污垢、淋浴的花潵背側破損一個洞（洗澡時破洞處噴水）、而且花潵底都固是構件衹能是擰鬆的，否則掛不上去！衞生間臉盒破損後用防漏材料堵上。衞生間及衣櫃桿上滿是污垢！
進客房的走道整個白天照明黑暗

設施：地毯新換的踩起好軟
衞生：乾乾淨淨整整潔潔，早餐竟然是廚師凌晨現做的點贊

51高速上塞車塞到怕，被迫在關嶺下的高速，沒想到臨時訂的這間酒店環境這麼好，關鍵還是離黃果樹瀑布景區不遠，居然在假期價錢200塊不到，店裡服務人員的態度也超好的，見誰都是笑眯眯的打招呼，還配了早餐券，性價比太高了。

牌子很大很豪氣的一家酒店，競然還有幾個出入大門，但車子進院的門卻最難找，轉了一大圈才開進去。
整體環境包括衞生和服務都一般化，房間設施更是經濟型酒店的配置水準，且不配套。晚餐擬在酒店內解決，卻被告之因人少廚師都下班了，無法提供服務。你説這算是幾星級酒店？
