The location is good, travel is very convenient, and the room is quite big. I went out with my friends for a long time to choose it, and there was no surprise. I had my second stay in this hotel . Room Executive suite ! View canton tower side its stunning, position is great very convenient and connected to the mall and many restaurants near by. Hotel is clean and nice , breakfast is good . I want to say special thanks to Cinthya the manager at exectuive lounge she was very polite and helpful at the check in and during our stay , very professional . hotel is good generally Just one advise need that some staff of the hotel improve English so will be more easy comunicate.

The room is originally dark in color, and all use small light bulbs. The dim lights make it difficult to see anything clearly, so at least give me a bright option. . . The hotel is located in a cbd, very close to the park and convenient. The room is clean and very comfortable, the bed is extremely soft. We had a good sleep, but I think something wrong with the air conditioning system, it was still quite warm in the room even we adjust the temperature to 16-18c.. We asked one of the staffs for help if they can fix it but we didn’t get any answer even after check-out. Anyway, overall was good.

Jumeirah Residence is the best experience I have ever experienced in an apartment. The furniture is all new, the kitchen and refrigerator are clean, and there is no greasiness from repeated use. The sugar water delivered every night is also delicious. The lady at the front desk was also very considerate and arranged the same room for me when I checked in the next day after checking out. The Burj Al Arab brand name lives up to its name. Nothing wrong with the hotel except that the water in the hotel's indoor swimming pool is a bit cold.

I am a regular customer of this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was neatly made, and I booked a room with a window. The check-in experience was very comfortable. I heard from them that the zero-pressure bed felt a bit soft, so I ordered a zero-pressure bed. Haha, I’m used to sleeping on soft beds. The service from the little brother and sister at the front desk was also very enthusiastic. Basically, they responded to all requests when I called the front desk. The order was The breakfast included was very rich, including whole grain bread, hot dishes, and it was delicious. Haha. It is very convenient to take a taxi at the door to go to shopping malls or scenic spots. They are all very close.

Booked a duplex loft (bed for 4) for a family holiday and am pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness of the room. There's housekeeping everyday too just in case it's not mentioned anywhere. I was a bit apprehensive at first because there were negative reviews about the hygiene of the room but it turned out to be perfectly fine in the end. No problem with a late check in (3am) as there's 24 hours front desk service. Hotel staff are helpful too. Take note that the taxi won't drop you off right in front of the building, you need to make a 20m walk to reach the lobby. Location was superb with a 5 min walk to reach the local metro and it's also near the big malls like TianHe and Grandview malls. For joggers looking for a motning jog, it's also beside a local park, Zhu Jiang park! Overall, definitely a pleasant stay at this apartment hotel.

Friendly staff, central location at a decent price. However, they do not have any proper king beds, they are just two doubles pushed together with two double duvets. They seem to put you in random rooms, as we only got the room we originally booked on the third try. While the hotel is meant to be non-smoking, it still happens and you can smell it from time to time. It is not a smart hotel, i.e. no smart toilet, no robot (food has to be collected from downstairs) and while it was opened only a few years ago, they rooms have not been well maintained and are already showing age It is ok for a couple days but we won't be back as there are so many other options at this price point.

It was a surprise to get a free upgrade when checking in the hotel, after searching thru WeChat proposed hotel, noted that I was paying 100++ CNY more for the deluxe room! When going up the hotel, the corridor was dark and the spoilt bulb wasn’t replaced. Things get more challenging was the bathroom water was so milky this morning which I couldn’t use it to shower nor washing my face. This is also the time when I was rushing to board my flight!

This is my first time staying in this apartment, and I have a great experience! I booked a long-term stay here because of my work. I have stayed here for about a month. The service in this apartment is incredible. Every day, the aunt will arrange for the aunt to renew the stay and clean it. All disposable items are used once. I lost it once. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and responded to messages very quickly. Any questions or needs I had were solved immediately. Because it was my first time here and I didn’t know what good food and fun places there were, the little housekeeper at the front desk also gave me some advice. Recommended nearby food and places to visit, so attentive and considerate, I must like it! The location of the apartment is also close to the Zhujiang New Town Sports Center. Transportation nearby is very convenient. There is an air conditioner and a washing machine in the room. For returning to Nantian in Guangzhou, the drying function of the air conditioner is very practical. It can also be used for cooking. This is not something we don’t want to do when we are on a business trip. It’s not a bad idea to eat takeout every day~ You don’t need to go to the front desk to check out, you can just say it via WeChat, which is very convenient. All in all, I am very satisfied with this stay. Highly recommended! !
