The hotel service is very good. The lady at the front desk is very kind and introduced many interesting attractions around. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and there are latex pillows. I slept very comfortably that night. When I checked out, the cleaning lady saw that I was carrying a lot of luggage and asked if I needed help. I was a little embarrassed because the luggage was a bit heavy, but I really appreciate it. By the way, the hotel also has a self-service laundry room! ! ! This is really great 👏🏻The hotel is close to Donghuicheng Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping, eating and drinking. There are Thai food and Japanese izakaya on the first floor of the hotel. I went to the izakaya that night. Both the product and the a**osphere are very good. I will choose to stay here next time. The service is good and the surrounding facilities are complete.

We came back from Singapore to visit relatives and stayed at this Zengcheng Wanda Realm Hotel for the first time. Ms. June and Molly at the reception were very friendly and professional. We booked separately through Singapore Trip. Unfortunately the breakfasts were ignored for two days, but the front desk manager of the hotel still provided us with a great dim sum breakfast, which was very warm. ! After soaking in the hot springs in Baishuizhai, Zengcheng, I came back to Zengcheng City at night. The hotel is located in the center of Zengcheng City. The interior decoration of the hotel is clean and beautiful. The sanitation is good. It is within a ten-minute drive from the subway station.
