Hotels near Tianhe Hotel Shopping Mall in Guangzhou

I went to the Indian embassy. It's very near. The Owner is very friendly. It's the best place to stay for a solo traveller. If you are traveling to Canton fair that time also you can stay here. It's 100 m far from metro station. Fro the main door of building you must go towards the parking area. If you are a foreigner then must read this review. I have added some photos. It will help you to find the way. Girls are on 10th floor and boys are on 9th floor. It's safe to stay here. All people are friendly. Owner helped me to buy online food also. It's on the next station from Guangzhou east railway station.

It’s in close proximity to the British visa office and not too far away from the consulate. Which was the reason I picked that location. The hotel itself was clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. There are few restaurants and drink shops below the hotel. And a number of malls not too far away. Highly recommended

When I came to Guangzhou before, I stayed in Linhexi and I was familiar with it. When I was looking for a hotel this time, I found that a new one had opened here and the price was right, so I wanted to stay and try it out. The International Trade Center is on the left after exit A of Linhexi Subway Station. The front desk is on the first floor and the hotel is on the sixth floor. The transportation is really convenient. Not only is there a subway station downstairs, but there is also a bus station next to it. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is just a stop away from the airport on Line 3. The service attitude is good and the sanitation is also good. The selected bright room is more than 20 square meters and has everything you need. It was the marble wall on the glass side of the washbasin that leaked. When I first moved in and entered the room, I put my makeup bag on the countertop and it got wet inside and out. Later, I asked the cleaning lady and she said that this problem did exist. All in all, it was a successful new hotel experience. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Guangzhou.

I recently stayed at an apartment and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. The only downside was that the internet was a bit slow at times. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Overall is good, especially for the location. However, we have to change one of our room due to the smell which makes us uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was perfect, you have all u want with food from different countries like Japanese, western. We enjoy the stay a lot and will sure be back again!

The hotel itself was very nice, but the no windows was not nice, so make sure to get a room with a window. Also the bed was super hard and not comfy at all. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

The room was so clean and you can notice that the second you enter the hotel. The reception area is so delicate and fancy compared to the prices given. The way to your room can be confusing but it’s not that bad I actually enjoyed it. I will definitely book again this hotel in my next trip to Guangzhou. Negative things I notice: - the location is a bit far from the subway stations. - the look fro outside of the hotel doesn’t represent the quality of the hotel that it deserves. Everything else is top notch ✅👍🏻

Positive: Location is excellent. Convenient link to public transport. Huge shopping mall nearby. Clean interiors with good design. Rooms cleaned daily. Very comfortable linens. Cool sound system which allows you to play music in the shower and main room. No sound from adjacent rooms. No bad smell or smoking in corridors. Negative: No power from 9:00am to 5:00pm on last day which made it very difficult to pack. Elevator was also out of use so staff had to help drag a heavy suitcase downstairs. No breakfast offered. Sound from car park area was very loud - obviously not the hotels fault but there was a lot of shouting from outside most evenings and early mornings. Wifi cut out on the evening of second night meaning the TV didn’t work - staff told us it was because the Wifi couldn’t be used through the TV even though it had been fine for the past day and a half (and was then again okay the next evening) AND we had no wifi on our phones. Excuses, excuses. Staff immediately asked me for a covid test upon check in when seeing I am a foreigner - they didn’t ask any Chinese nationals (I was traveling with a Chinese National) and it was not stated upon booking that test results were necessary for check in. Finally, after realizing I hadn’t left China since 2019, they said a test result was not necessary. I understand and comply with all measures for prevention the pandemic, but I do not agree with only singling out foreigners. Ask everyone or ask no one.

The location is great because is right beside the high speed trail and there are many restaurants close to it. But I have to change the room, because the first one was smelling very bad, but they could change me. The room could be cleaner. Another thing, it’s a very big city, I went during Canton Fair, that is a very big event, but they weren’t prepared enough to accommodate tourists that don’t speak Chinese. The communication was very difficult!!

Excellent service, location, and amenities. Full view of the hotel pool and the lovely city from my room on the 11th floor. Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection of Western and Chinese food. Just a 1-minute walk from Tiyu Xi Lu metro station. Will definitely come back again!
