The hotel room was decent since it quite old but worth the price. Staff also very supportive. They allow early check in if the room available. Very appropriate for extra water bottles every day. Highly recommend for those who want to shopping at Shahe clothing market.

It's a very good choice for business trips. The location is very convenient and very close to the subway. However, there are no escalators on the subway. It will be inconvenient if you have luggage. The CP value is high and the service staff is very friendly.

But smelly rooms... Looks like kind of severage has a leakage.... Dark room.. No natural light..... Beds not comfortable..... But i don't understand they charge crazy 120 usd for that night on 13/2..I don't understand why.... Still thinking. next day was just 55 usd... How trip. Com come up with such price...

Rooms are very good and clean. Staff is very friendly, helpfull and polite. Location was perfect for us. Regretfully no breakfast available, but enough possibilities for that in the neighboorhood. I would recommend this hotel!

I loved the experience of this hotel.  Very good 11, it is worth everyone to experience, I this experience is very good, the front desk of the little sister are very beautiful, gentle.  It was a little late to get here, but if it was, the front desk would do me a free upgrade to make my experience better, and I went to the restaurant for a bowl of noodles.  I was really hungry when I came to stay at night.  I thought everything was fine.  Then the receptionist sister's service attitude is really good.  He warmly introduced me to some breakfast times and late night snack times in the hotel.  Then, because the hotel they were staying in was a complex, he was worried that I was taking the wrong elevator and repeatedly reminded me of their elevator location.  Really enthusiastic.  Then one of their hardware facilities can not be changed, but they are really serious to take care of customers, serious to do this service, they are really happy.  With this wonderful experience, the amenities in the room really blew my mind.  One of their amenities and equipment may be similar in appearance to other hotels, but what about their rooms?  We have facial cleanser and makeup remover.  Think about it.  If I go out by myself, I really don't want to bring these things, but all the hotels I stay in will provide them, which saves me a lot of trouble.  I thought it was great and the aroma in their lobby was really good and I really liked it and I really thought it would be good for everyone to try to stay in this hotel.  Even their midnight snack was delicious.  I eat a lot and then they also have laundry in the gym.  Even at night, I can do a little washing of my own clothes and hang them out to dry.  I went out directly the next day, that is, their whole environment, equipment is also very good, it is worth the price, I think it is quite a bargain.  The hotel is near the east.  11 I didn't know about it at first, but then I took a detour.  What about my sister? she told me on her own initiative, and then there was a gate 4 across the street from the hotel where I was staying. 11 it was convenient to go directly to the ticket gate of the East Station. And then to order takeout at night, they also have robots that can be delivered to the door of the room.  As soon as the robot arrives at the door of the room, it calls the room to remind me to open the door and order takeout.  Feel really enthusiastic and all aspects are taken care of.  What else? It's them.  There are some fruits and snacks at the front desk.  If you are hungry sometimes, I can give you some fruit, snacks and sweets.  If I leave early the next morning, I will experience one of their breakfasts.  Their breakfast is very good, is the kind of Chinese and Western buffet.  There's a lot of variety.  Although Guangzhou doesn't have much morning tea, it should have Chinese noodles, noodles and steamed cakes, including fruit salad and Sanming sandwiches.  I thought it was pretty good, and I had a great dining experience, but the waiter was very considerate. The environment is good and the location is convenient. It is very close to the Tianhe shopping district. There are shopping malls, restaurants, and convenience stores around. The front desk service is also very considerate during the Spring Festival. There are free parking spaces

The service is good. It is only the appearance of the building is unclear. The bed and the pillow was good. The lobby looks little dirty. The room is clean. The hallway of the rooms are little smelly. They need to clean the ciggarettes near the lift more often otherwise it smells the hallway. There is no fridge or small safety box in this room. So we can put our fruits or valuable things inside the room.

The lobby is dirty and smells of cigarette smoke. This is indicative of the state of the rooms as well. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and rippled and needs to be replaced. There was wallpaper in the hall peeling off the wall in large pieces. The room is bare, not decorative like the photos. I counted 3 roaches and random dried stains on the walls. I wiped the surfaces with disinfectant and there was no dirty layer. The room was not necessarily dirty, but certainly roach infested. Luckily there’s no smell and I didn’t hear other guests. On the good side, the front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating. They gave a discount for the poor conditions. If it had not been so late at night and I wasn’t exhausted, I would’ve asked for a full refund.
