Hotel Location is best if you have business with mobile phone accessories. New Asia market is right in front of this hotel. But old hotel. Need renovation. But price is cheap. Not easy to find restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Location : Hotel located at old town area. And consider a bit far from Metro station, although there's shuttle ferry service nearby, but not helping much. Service : Front desk staffs are good. Cleanliness : Although this hotel is only opened since 2021, but it seems that there's no maintenance on the facilities. Housekeeping cleanliness not up to standard though. Amenities : Nothing much nearby the hotel, 600m walk to 7-E. Consider local residence housing area. If you are looking for hotel with big room, yet don't mind the distance from metro. You can pick this up.

Stayed for 4 days. The hotel has a good location. The room is large and very friendly to families with a lot of luggage. The room has many facilities, including a safe and a small refrigerator. For this price, I think it can't be better. The room attendants are service-minded and will proactively ask if the room needs to be cleaned. They will also take the initiative to say hello when they meet in the aisle and are very enthusiastic. As a reminder, there are many cars in front of the hotel, and there will be noise at night, but it is not very loud. If your family members are concerned, remember to ask the front desk to arrange for a high floor. In addition, the window on the 7th floor of the hotel is right on the decorative light (I live on the 7th floor), so the room will be noisy at night. It is relatively bright, so please pay attention to family members who are concerned (the decorative lights will be turned off on time at 11pm). I was only a little dissatisfied. I received a courier at the hotel. I asked the courier to leave it at the front desk when I was not in the room. When I came back to pick up the courier, the front desk briefly flipped through the book (maybe it was a record book) and said it was not available. I told her It's impossible for you to look for it again (there are several couriers underground). The front desk was obsessed with it and started playing with the mobile phone. Finally, I contacted the courier, and it turned out that the courier was on the ground at the feet of the front desk... I was very embarrassed, no I couldn't help but ask how you recorded it here. The front desk hesitated and said because it was from JD.com or something (he said it while playing with his mobile phone and lowered his head the whole time). I was surprised. A little suggestion, the elevator is a bit slow. Many times there are delivery personnel from other floors bringing a load of goods to the elevator. It is inconvenient for passengers to get on and off the elevator. It is recommended to install passenger elevators and freight elevators. To clarify, the above little unpleasantness and suggestions do not affect my praise of this hotel at all. It is not easy for the hotel to maintain such quality after 91 years of operation. I would like to praise the room attendant again. I met two or three aunties. I think they all have a five-star service level; finally, I wish the hotel better and better. ps: I stayed there for five days and didn’t even take any photos of the room. The location is not good. The street is crowded with narrow side walk. The hotel is old with basic facilities. There no beautiful scenery from the window. There is no breakfast. It's ok only for one night with this price especially for a family.

Good location. But air con is not so well functioning (room 26) although outside weather is 16-17 degrees. Water leaking from the air con vent for the 2 days. More suitable for young couple rather than family

The hotel is located in a very serene environment. It is one of the many well preserved and architecturally beautiful buildings found here.One cannot help should one dwelled into its nostalgic past. It is convenient to go places from here as Didi service are readily available . The facilities here met ones expectation, especially it's self service laundry facility, which is user friendly. The hotel restaurants serve both western and oriental cuisines and we thoroughly enjoyed the Dim Sum served by its Chinese restaurant. I cannot find fault with the services rendered by the hotel staffs from the room services level up to the manager. We were offered one free breakfast voucher each because there was a two hours plus power cut during one of the nights during our stay. A nice gesture indeed. I must especially mention one front line staff, Niki 黄, her very warm, and charming personality is most appreciated. I seem to have forgotten all the tiredness and disappointments of the day whenever I bump into Niki upon returning to the hotel from an excursion. Thank you Niki, 加油。 I definitely will check into this hotel again should I visit Guangzhou again.

The room is pretty good, and the clerk's service attitude is also very good. We were upgraded to a room with a window for free. Lisa Mian is also very close, and it is not far to walk there. If you are driving, you can contact the clerk to park at the hotel entrance. Otherwise, you have to walk for more than ten minutes to get back to the hotel after driving, because they are all one-way streets.

You can lie on the bed and enjoy the large-screen Xiaomi projector. The bedding is just right and comfortable, and disposable toilet seats are thoughtfully prepared. . Hygiene: clean and tidy. Environment: Located on Shamian Second Street, Shamian Island, it has a beautiful environment and is quiet in the bustle. Across the street is Shamian Primary School, nearby is Talent Island Leisure Island, Shamian Art Center, and close to the Pearl River... Service: considerate and enthusiastic, not only discounted the room rate, but also upgraded the room type for free.

Manager Li at the front desk has warm reception and service, and is also considerate and meticulous. The room is very nice, clean and sanitary. It is very convenient for people to buy goods. The price is moderate and acceptable.

The location is excellent. It is very conveniently close to the Huangsha subway station. There are large shopping malls nearby with everything for food, clothing, and just walking distance from Yongqingfang. It's just that the decoration of the hotel is a bit old. The superior twin room only has one electric plug, which is not enough. The service is okay, recommended to stay.
