Let’s start off with the great things first. I consider this hotel a low budget one because the price was quite low compared to others. The hotel staff was quite helpful and did their job ok. The location of the hotel is quite good because it is close to a lot of convenience stores and other places you can go shopping but the area of the neighborhood looks run down to me. They provided basic amenities like tooth brush, a comb and there’s a refrigerator, kettle and two packs of coffee with cups to drink from. Apart from that, the cleanliness is quite poor. Up on entering the elevator, the carpet inside was dirty and when exiting to walk to my room, the hall way carpet was also obviously dirty and in need of a vacuum. The room is quite small but an ok size for one person and possibly for one night stay. Apart of the wall near the door was rotting and under the sink had this muck that was disgusting to look at. There were little remnants of hair on floor as well. I only stayed for one night because I had finished my business but I wasn’t excited to stay for more nights either. I would only recommend for the staff and ease of access to the shops nearby, otherwise, I don’t recommend for a long stay.

In a small park, there is an IKEA next to it, but obviously I don’t have time to go shopping. The guy and girl at the front desk were enthusiastic and professional. Overall, I felt good. There are Taotaoju and Wentong Bingshi within three kilometers, which is very convenient for eating and other things. There are not many parking spaces at the door, only about four or five, but I was very lucky and parked in them all hahaha

I initially ordered one without windows, but as soon as I walked in, a terrible smell hit my nostrils! I did not hesitate to change to a room with a city view. The sanitation was good and the stay was comfortable. I also changed to a room with breakfast included. The breakfast options are not many, but it can fill my stomach! The sound insulation effect is average, and there are some problems with the heating. The heating is adjusted to 21 degrees, and when I look back 20 minutes later, the temperature is higher than the original temperature. I don't know what happened! TV cannot be watched!

Couldn't adjust room temperature as service staff said it's centralised air conditioning. Temperature was too warm and service staff mentioned that they will turn off the heater to no avail. We had booked a total of 3 rooms and all 3 rooms faced the same issue.

The location is great! At Clifford states, you'll have a hub of different kinds of transportation, just a few steps from you. The breakfast has just a few options for western food. The room and bed size are great! The cleaning is the worst point. You can see long time dirty stains, that were never cleaned up. Clearly, the cleaning is just superficialy!

It is one of the best hotels in the area. The service is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. It meets the needs of business trips. There is a small business district opposite and it is very convenient to eat.
