Each room they provide 4 can drinks for free: coke, sprite, beer and herbal tea and bottled waters refilled everyday. The reception staffs are friendly, informative and helpful. Definately recommend to stay at Voco and will return to stay.

Given the high rating and reputation of this hotel, I was shocked by the conditions of the supposedly newly renovated rooms. I was staying at the standard room on the twelve floor , facing the historical buildings. We checked in after 10:30pm under the drizzles and chill - the outside temperature was around 10 degress. I noticed the holes of the linen of the blinds when they were rolled down, though it could still function. Yet, the light shield was worse. It was trapped on one side and could not be let down. The plus side was we were offered another room on the same floor immediately. Leo who helped to bring our luggage up was very polite and patient. He stayed outside our room when his colleague brought the new key of the new room and accompanied us to the new room to ensure everything was all right. He was worth 5 out of 5 for service. However, I would further explain why I only gave 4 out of 5 for service. Yet, the new room was smaller and for any other international hotels , from my experience, would offer an upgrade of the room. This hotel did not. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 for service. The linen of the blinds in the new room was still far from 100%. I could still detect torn tissues , most probably because the blinds were dated. Thats why I gave a 3 out of 5 for facilities.

The building of the small bungalow was designed and built by the owner during the three years of the epidemic. All the facilities in the room are very good. , there is a fresh air system, the toilets are automatic and smart, and I like the color decoration very much. I think the accommodation environment on this trip is very good, and the price is also very reasonable. The main reason is that it is very convenient to travel. You can walk to Yongqingfang in a few minutes~ It is not far from Shamian Island. I will definitely stay here next time✌️ In the end, the real thing matched the pictures online^_^

You need to conquer a flight of stairs to the lobby. Normally not a problem, but challenging with multiple luggages. They do have a slope by the side but so steep that I find useless and no one from the hotel helps. The hotel also doesn't have non-smoking floors, in fact even the lifts stank of cigarette smoke. The first room they gave me had a strong cigarette smell and the front desk staff kindly arranged for me to see 2 other rooms and I had a room change to another room that was slightly better.  The room is very small, even for one. Imagine it to be cramped for two pax. There isn't even space for proper luggage placement. There was no wardrobe and no place to hang even if you brought your own hangers. The bathroom is tiny, with most of the space allocated to the standing shower area. The handle of the shower sliding door was wrapped in duct tape and it couldn't even close properly. Full basic amenities are provided though I didn't use them so can't comment on the quality. Bed is firm and higher than usual but acceptable. Location wise there are alot of food options nearby. Yongqing Fang is about 20 mins walk away in a straight distance.  Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

I visited many homes, and the room area of ​​his home + 1.35-meter single bed + sofa + laundry room is what I value the most. Being able to do laundry when traveling with a baby, and having clean clothes to wear the next day feels like being at home. Besides, the weather is as humid as Guangzhou. For someone from the dry region of the Northwest, it would be a shame not to have a dryer after washing the clothes. 3. Room facilities can be controlled by intelligent voice. It's clean and has a small terrace. Relatively quiet. There are three elevators so you don't have to wait long. 4. The front desk service is good. Here are some suggestions, I hope it will get better and better: 1. Even if the door of the shower room is closed and the cleaning staff removes the floor drain, the water will still flow into the bathroom after taking a bath, causing inconvenience to washing and going to the toilet, right? The door is not sealed properly? Recommended to check out. 2. It is recommended that you create a small laundry program like some hotels with laundry rooms in Huazhu to remind guests of the laundry time. Or, mark it in an obvious place, ”It is recommended that you time your own time after washing or drying clothes to avoid forgetting and occupying the machine for a long time.” (I want to help the person in front take it out, but the laundry basket is always occupied, and there is no way to take it out. Where to put it) In addition, it should also be marked ”For the convenience of you and others, please clean the lint filter after each use of the dryer.” Or see if you can ask the cleaning lady to clean it every day. After all, some guests may not be able to clean it at home. Use this machine. I don’t know how to clean the filter. When I opened the wool filter, I was shocked. I felt that the hair collected could be used to knit a sweater. And this will also increase the loss of the machine. I hope the store and customers can work together to maintain it. Heritage Hotel from the 30’s. Very nice hall, with a old fashioned taste. We arrived late in the evening (about 24:00), no concierge available at that time. Worst thing the room was very cold (14 degrees) and the heating air conditioning system was not working! Response from the Hotel staff was slow, trying first to pretend that the heating was ok and then after a long waiting, proposing a down-graded room, with some excuses... Then, after about half an hour, they delivered us a portable heater. Breakfast in the morning was below expectations, not well displaced, dirty tables and the staff again inattentive. Location is good for a walk in the old fashioned Shamian Island.

Great boutique homestay, we had a wonderful weekend here. The room is very distinctive, the boudoir design is very exquisite, and the details are also in place. The balcony faces the houses on the opposite side, but it is not noisy at all. In the morning, I can hear grandma downstairs listening to Cantonese opera. It feels wonderful. The guy in the inn is very nice and keeps chatting with us. The three-day accommodation experience was excellent, there was no commercial atmosphere at all, and some just felt like home. The hotel is very close to Yongqingfang, Lizhiwanyong, and many famous restaurants on Longjin West Road. Starry Sky is on the fourth floor, and the guy at the front desk helped deliver the box to the door of the room. The room is clean and tidy, quiet and good sleep. Occasionally there is no one at the front desk when coming in and out, but Lanbai and Sanhua stick to their posts and have good tempers and pleasant attitudes.
