The front desk service is friendly, the room facilities are complete and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the hot water for bathing is constant temperature, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is close to the subway station and is very convenient to Guangzhou Airport. There is a food court around the hotel. I will choose to stay at this hotel when I visit Guangzhou in the future.

Hampton by Hilton has lived in many homes, and it has always been my first choice for traveling with my family! Xintang high-speed rail is newly opened. I saw it on the Internet that the discounts for newly opened hotels and the equipment should be new! It is indeed very new, but not discounted! In fact, the reason for the hotel to score low this time is not that the discount is not favorable. After all, the price and service are proportional, but this time I did not experience the service that this price deserves! First of all, there are too many mosquitoes in the room, and the hotel should not have done anti-mosquito treatment! I stayed for two nights this time. On the first night, the two children at home were bitten by a few bags. I couldn’t sleep all night. I gave feedback to the hotel the next morning and gave a mosquito coil liquid. I didn’t do other correspondings. The result is self-evident. The next day I bit a few bags. In fact, I contacted the hotel at more than ten o'clock the next night and added a mosquito repellent lamp to the home, but it was useless, so this was very dissatisfied with the hotel's response! The second point is that there is no child table and chair for breakfast. The child is one year old and four years old. It is very aggrieved to sit and eat. It is very uncomfortable. The first day I responded to the hotel. The result was still the same the next day. I was very disappointed! In fact, I don't understand. For Hilton, is the restaurant equipped with child seats not a must-have equipment? It may be because of the new opening, but it shouldn't be carefully thought about it. This is Hilton, there should be no such mistakes! There are some others, such as bed circumference, etc., there are no Hilton friends in many cities, including Guangzhou, there are, but there is no here! So I stayed for two days and immediately evacuated and changed hotels. I wanted to stay for three days! So for these I hope the store can consider reviewing the hotel service!

All the staffs are very nice and friendly. The location is very close to subway and it’s also in the city center. The amenities are very nice. The room is big and clean. The staffs also upgraded to bigger room for me and my friend. Really happy staying at this hotel.

The hotel is fairly new. Location is excellent. There are wholesale markets all are the hotel for bags & luggages. Fast food chains like Burger King, Pizza Hut, and McDonald’s all within close vicinity. The front desk staffs are very courteous and speaks English. The breakfast was ok consists of both local and continental. My flight arrived early at 6am and since rooms were able, I was able to check in at 10am without additional charges. The only drawback about the hotel that there are no safe lockers in rooms. Other than that I had a perfect stay at this hotel. Next time when I come back to Guangzhou, I would definitely stay here again.

The service of front desk team Xiao Tang and Xiao Lin and Xiao Chen are excellent and helpful in their services. Going extra mile in helping to make our stay comfortable experience. They are pleasant and knowledgeable with information about the localities. The housekeeping lady Ms Chen and Ms Loong for level 17 are very details with their cleaning and fast in cleaning up the room. Breakfast provided are fresh and having a wide selection of international flavour and local dishes. Hotel room are spacious and very new. Facilities are clean and well maintain.
