I wish I had known that room service would be closed before booking this hotel because I would have booked somewhere else considering how out of the way and difficult it was to find decent Western food in this area. I was feeling a little off my first day here due to having gotten a Pfizer Vaccination in Bangkok the day before, and I didn't want to leave my hotel room however when I tried to call room service no one answered, when I called the front desk they told me there would be no room service until Monday. Otherwise, the hotel was great, I think they might have given me an upgrade because my room had a surprise balcony (which I definitely made use of). The pool and gym were decent and the staff at the pool were excellent and even loaned me a swim cap because I hadn't brought my own. The hotel was very nice and clean, as can be expected at a Holiday Inn, and the breakfast was varied and delicious offering several foreign breakfast options.

Stayed here for a night to take a flight out of Baiyun International Airport the next morning. It’s a good location as it’s close to the airport and it’s on a busy street with lots of different restaurants and shop options. The only complaint I have is that the room smelled slightly of cigarettes. Despite this I would stay here again, the free shuttle bus service to and from the airport is quite convenient!

Very Good Hotel, always recommended for people who wants to stsy near the airport, they have a shuttle bus to Canton Fair (only one btw) the hotel amenities are good and practical, breakfast is very very good from chinese dishes to western delicacies, hotel staff speaks english and rooms are comfy and clean, it’s value for money and a good choice for under 60$s

The hotel is spotlessly clean, inside the room especially. Super quiet, did not hear a soul from outside the room. Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. It is worth staying at, with a bus stop on the road virtually directly out front, great eateries next door as well.
