This is the second time visiting this hotel and every time we have enjoyed our experience. The service is great and there are a few staff who speak English. If you need help they will be called. Easy fast check in, and we were shown to our room. There are a great variety of pools which are suitable for both adults and children. Its a very relaxing environment. There is a great variety of food in the restaurant, with efficient service. On our last day we were able to check out and still use the hotsprings for a few more hours. It would be good if there was more healthy selection of breakfast cereals, as well as the treats but really everything was fantastic. We will come again!

Do not stay here unless you have a vehicle!!! The service was wonderful! Everyone was so friendly. But, the entire trip was just a little weird. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were the only guests at the hotel the entire trip and everything was closed (the public hot springs, pool, gym, all restaurants but one). It was still nice having our private hot spring on our balcony though! The one restaurant onsite was absolutely delicious (they gave us credit to eat there every night because everything was closed… like I said, excellent service!) Menu is all in Chinese so be prepared for translating and using a translation app to communicate if you cannot read/speak Chinese. The drive up from the security gate to the actual hotel is quite far so going for a walk into “town” was not convenient (we didn’t even try). There is no hotel shuttle service, which is surprising because it’s seriously in the middle of nowhere. There are no restaurants outside of the hotel within walking distance. We went to the Baishuizhai Scenic Resort to see the waterfalls and that was beautiful. We tried going to the Shimen National Forest Park and paid Didi to take us right back to the hotel because you need a car to take you in and Didi was expensive to pay for a private tour. All this to say, if you’re a foreigner and want to go to Conghua and/or a hot spring do not choose this one.

Although the hot spring hotel is full and there are a lot of people, the service can still keep up. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are clean. I went to both the swimming pool and the hot spring pool. The pool in the swimming pool was too hot and I couldn't bear it. The ones outside are better. The environment is very good. I went hiking in the morning. I was the only one going up and down the trail. The mountain breeze was cool, which made me a little scared. When I climbed to the top of Baishan Mountain, it was not the top of the mountain at all. I couldn't see the beautiful scenery, which was a bit disappointing. It might be better to go to the walking trail in Pine Garden, but I didn’t have time to go there. The only thing that deducts points is the breakfast, which is really not worthy of the overall level.

I checked in on the second day of the new year and the flow of people was just right. It's not like other places where ”people follow the herd”, but it doesn't seem deserted either. There are many hot spring pools, which can be used exclusively by the family. Tourists also have a tacit understanding and usually choose a small, deserted pool to get into the water. In addition, the outdoor temperature-controlled swimming pool is awesome. I went there with my children to swim at 10 a.m., and we reserved the pool for both of us. It was a very enjoyable swim. The only drawback is that the breakfast buffet is a bit perfunctory, with not many varieties. The curry fish eggs and fried noodles are extremely salty, and the cakes are too sweet. So we didn’t buy additional breakfast coupons for our two children, and went directly to the McDonald’s at the door to pack breakfast for them.

Unlimited sky hot spring tickets: Although there are not many pools and there is no pure hot spring water with + flavor, the advantage is that there are not many people.
