There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻

Excellent customer service, and follow up service to ensure you were happy with the stay. Room was spacious and clean. Conference center was an excellent venue as well. Friendly and attentive staff - great English too! Breakfast was decent - coffee machines spread around the room so no queuing up.

Booked for my husband! Stay for two nights! All of a sudden the hot water is gone! Come home! I haven't washed well in the shower for the past two days! The bed is so-so! The most satisfying thing is to have a balcony! No one can be seen at the front desk, and the check-out is directly handed over to the security guard to leave!

Not impressed with this hotel or their service. The facilities are older, which is fine, but the service at the front desk was not good. The Air conditioning in the room was not working (26degrees was the coldest it got). Asked the front desk to change rooms because my baby couldn’t sleep, he was sweating in his pajamas. Took over 2 hours and three different phone calls to finally be able to switch to a different room. Still no response so we had to go to the front desk in person to get the new room key. Breakfast was very crowded and had few options— just Chinese food dishes and packaged bread. We enjoyed the indoor pool, but the outdoor pool was closed from 11:00-3:00pm so we couldn’t even try it out. We would not go to this hotel again.

I booked the hotel very early and went to Nansha Tianhou Temple to pray for blessings on the weekend. My family and I arrived in the afternoon. This hotel surprised my wife and me. In terms of facilities, everything is available, especially the gym and laundry room on the third floor, which are really clean and practical.
